Got my item today
Got my item today, when I ordered it was supposedly in stock but wasn't. I was advised of this afterwards and had to wait about 2 months for it. They were helpful though and as soon as it was available it was posted out and packaged very well. Would purchase from them again.

Bad customer service
Called up to make inquiry. Chap on phone didn’t sound to interested, said he’d call back in 3@ mins once he checked stock but never called back. Bad customer service unfortunately so I am having to look elsewhere. Shame as the reviews about them where good

After much internet research and review watching on YouTube I finally decided to make the purchase of the Milltek race system for my Audi RS3, I landed at Race Haus LTD as prices seemed to be similar across most suppliers but I went with this company’s quick and easy website and whilst it was a wait for the system from Milltek Race Haus kept me updated sufficiently, the system arrived and whilst there seemed some confusion with emails and parts possibly missing from the system race Haus quickly and efficiently answered my queries and checked details with Milltek and called me back hence all was fine and the system was complete, I would definitely recommend Race Haus Ltd to anyone looking for performance goodies for there motor, as for the Milltek system that’s another story!!
