ja, what can i say. i'm a rackservice customer for more than 2 years. startet with assetto corsa and teamspeak and now a dedicated server. if i have a problem, they realy try to help. i can write in german, i get an answer, the prices are good (better than prices of many other providers). for me rackservice.org is the best provider that i found.

As new with this kind of service I needed a lot of help to get started, I found very little information available how to configurate etc. The guys at Rackservice gave me great support, and replied quickly to any questions I had. So now I and my friends are enjoying online racing with AC and our own server.

I am perfectly satisfied for the services they provide. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants a low cost but very effective dedicated servers, and with very good and helpful support services.

For me price is the most important thing.
And Rackservice have the best prices I've encountered out there. I rented an Assetto Corsa server plus a domain and I paid 8.50 Euros combined price. And I have to say I'm a very happy customer. The server has a steady ping and easy to configure. They give you all the tools to do your job. I totally recommend Rackservice from my personal experience

Game server hosting is functional. Control panel web UI is poor, many functions are dead or don't work correctly. Poor support for managing multiple servers.

No secure FTP. Procedures suggest that passwords are stored in plain text! Clearly they are pretty incompetent with security.

Great value for the money. Highly responsive to all questions and quick service setup.

So far used only for a week but the service and support has been excellent and my server has been running perfectly.

Ordered, had confirmation+server info within the hour. Had a question during the setup (smooth) and sent a ticket - Instantly (chat) got helped by the general manager, who had a friendly and helpful attitude.

Oh, they were also the cheapest alternative for my needs! (game server)

The setup process was easy and fast. Also the support agent was quick and helpful.

The only downside is that some options (like the FTP acess via the control panel) is disabled. But in that case the support agent provided an alternative solution within seconds.
