Thanks for your review. After checking through I do not see us doing anything wrong. We delivered you the server within the announced delivery time. After the delivery, you claimed to have an issue with some permissions in your server which we checked for you and explained afterwards. While we were trying to help you, instead, you submited a cancellation request with an Immediate effect. Immediate cancellation requests, as such, mean that you immediately stop the usage of our service and therefore no further support is required about that matter, since you officially do not have any active services with us after that moment.
We would've loved to help you out and reinstall your server based on your requirements. Unfortunately you did not give us a chance to try and solve the situation. If you ever rethink, feel free to contact us and we'll be more than happy to help.

The first config for me as a newbie was strange but had support feedback to help me out. No problems with that.
Maybe in the future a more user friendly server cfg would be nice ;)
