Excellent company

Peace of mind

Friendly staff easy to talk to and not pushy when telling us about the watch for mum. It arrived quickly and ready to wear it’s given both my mum who lives on her own and the family comfort to know that someone is always there when we can’t be.

The ease of setting up the alarm.

The ease of setting up the alarm as we were talked through it and the instructions are clear and easy to follow . From ordering to setting the alarm up all of our dealings were excellent and very helpful.

Very easy to set up and use

Simply ordered on line and the system was delivered on time.Easy to set up and carry out a test call.No yearly contracts like other companies having to pay up front.Peace of mind for my mum to know there's help if needed by pressing the fob on her wrist.
Overall very pleased.
