I was supposed to receive an international transfer in the month of September and October but I haven't. I provided my details twice including the SWIFT code yet nothing. The money kept going back to those who sent it. Paypal doesn't work in Nigeria and so geegpay was recommended. Do you or do you not do international transfers? It's been two months now.

I have been using Geegpay for payments in the past without issues, however, for the past 3 months now, I have not been able to receive payments. My employer keeps trying to pay me and by requesting for my swift code and payment since it is an international transfer but each time I provide payment details the money bounces back to them after some days.
What changed? Do you guys no longer accept SWIFT/International transactions? I can't get paid for whatever reason. And it's not from my employer. Same Bank and wiring method, yet nothing. Please work on that

I received $1,452.50 on September 27th and sent both the verifiable contract and payment receipt to Geegpay, as requested. Now, Geegpay claims they are waiting for confirmation from my employer to verify if she sent the payment. I contacted my client, and she confirmed she hasn’t received any communication from Geegpay about my payment. I’m now wondering what confirmation they’re waiting for if the client hasn't been contacted. I’ve asked them again to refund the payment to the original sender so I can use another financial institution, but they insist on waiting for employer confirmation. It’s been five days, and they are playing games with money I worked hard for and need to pay my bills. Right now, my only option is to convince my employer to process the reversal herself; otherwise, Geegpay will STEAL my hard-earned money in broad daylight. AVOID THEM LIKE PLAGUE

Yeah, seeing all the reviews is kind of more discouraging than encouraging. I had my own issue with Geegpay. I requested a GBP (£) account, they asked me the reasons for requesting the GBP account, they asked for what's my source of income, and I gave it to them, followed by primary use of the account, and other questions. I then wrote everything and submitted it; they said it would take 2-3 business days, which was like 2-3 weeks. I waited and waited for my account, and finally, only to find out that it was rejected. After all the reasons I gave them for the account, they just rejected it. Wow, nice one, but thank God Grey.co isn't like that. I have both USD and GBP accounts in my Grey account, which is good and has more features than that of GeegPay. But if you still want to use Geegpay, the choice is yours, but you can also try Wise, which is more advanced than both Geegpay and Grey. Wise has good features, and you can handle multiple currencies just in one account. Their support is really nice and good.

I am having a very bad experience with Geegpay. I received funds from a client to my Geegpay account. Support asked for supporting documents, i provided as requested. A support by the name Ama kept asking for different documents. I kept sending. Finally she asked for a bank receipt that should be provided by client's bank. How on earth do i access such a document. Client says that he cant provide that. Its a client i worked with for over 6 years. Now he says i am contravening my contract agreement on privacy. Well, i dont know what that means, looks like i will loose a client courtesy of geegpay and loose funds as well.

I received my money to Geegpay account on 20th Sept. When i tried to withdraw it, i got an error. I tried to withdraw again few more times and it failed. I went over to support chat and told them about the issue. They said they were facing a an issue with withdrawals and they were working on it and will issue my withdrawal in a few hrs. Few hrs passed and nothing was done. I contacted them later that day and they said they were working on my issue diligently and i should be patient. The next day i contacted them again, and they said they were going to fix the issue before the end of the day. I waited and the day ended without my problem being fixed. I contacted them again at the evening and they said my issue was being given top priority and that i should be patient blah blah blah.... I am tired of this company taking me im circles. I honestly think they talk to you real nice to make you feel that your issue is being worked on just to make you feel better, while in real sense, they are just sittting there sipping Zoro and Ogogoro, discussing who is better between Trump and Kamala while their own country and company is sh#t.

I received two different payments from organisation which I worked for ,they keep asking for reciepts,I sent they failed to deliver funds,I asked them to directly refund the funds they start taking me in circles,what's hard in offering refunds if you can't process payments and you start being dodgy,THIS ARE THIEVES,IS THERE A WAY A PERSON CAN REPORT THEM?

Geegpay needs to improve. I sent funds to the given account details by Geegpay and I have been debited, only for these people to keep promising me they would work on it.
Like do you guys have an insider threat who's diverting funds or what?

Geegpay only serves Nigerians, not Kenyans. Every time I receive funds, I have to speak to support and the funds keep getting refunded. I've noticed this is something that only affects Kenyan users. We did not subscribe to a banking service to withhold our funds. We have livelihoods that depend on the funds we receive, it is not yours to make merry. The past 4 days, all my transactions to my mobile money or bank have been rejected. I asked that they should refund the funds to the client or give me another alternative, they can't also do that. So, basically, "we can't send you this money, and neither can we refund it".

My $6 on my card that hadn't expired suddenly became inaccessible. i was given the option to transfer my balance back to my wallet which i did but it never showed up in my wallet. I sent over 5 mails to customer service and not even a response for almost two months. Bad service and scammy behavior . My tag is ronaom1464
