UNRESPONSIVE AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR

I don't understand whether GeegPay is to blame or your Customer Service Team is just incompetent and lousy. A simple failed transaction caused by your payment partner FINCRA is taking so long to resolve. I've received about 30 emails containing several apologies and assuring me that the finance team is working on it. And for close to a month, all they've done is to send 2 emails to my bank. And I have different Geegpay personnel repeating the same broken rhyme that I should help reach out to my bank. I've told them that I'VE CONTACTED MY BANK 4 TIMES ALREADY AND THEY'VE RESPONDED TO ME VIA MULTIPLE CHANNELS:- IN PERSON PHYSICALLY, VIA PHONE CALL, VIA EMAIL AND VIA SOCIAL MEDIA.

And my bank has said the same thing over and over again. What don't you get about my responses so far?
Provide the correct SESSION ID OF THE TRANSACTION YOU SENT TO MY ACCOUNT.
My bank has said the same thing 4 times, different teams and different people. Why the HELL are you telling me to contact my bank again when you can read English?

Poor virtual card

I wanted to pay for a domain of $12 online but Geegpay always gets my card declined saying insufficient funds where I have above $16 in my card

Cards are not working for deposits on international websites.

You could at least make it clear to intending customers that your virtual card is not suited for deposits. I have tried funding different websites today and got the same response saying that the provider of the card does not support deposits.

Been trying to resolve an issue concerning my Euro account with the support team via email. Everything is awfully automated and you keep going over the same steps with no result. AI can't do it all, you need a human customer service representative. It's frustrating.

Suspension for no reason

After trying to apply for a USD card I was asked to do verification which I've done before.

I did it and it took you guys over a week before you had to reset it again! I still submitted my verification and you guys just suspended me like that.

That's my life savings in there! Over N2.5 million naira!!!!

I'm literally stranded and you guys are not responding! I'm not doing anything fraudulent, I don't even know why you suspended my account.

Just give me my money let me go! This is depressing I swear and the fact that you guys aren't responding is what's annoying.

I'm begging you guys in the name of God to release my funds. I provided you guys my legitimate international passport! For Gods sake

Please don't use there service

Please don't use there service, How can someone deposit and they say they will process it with 48hours? I need to order for a gig urgently but they delay deposit now dollar increase while waiting can you see it is totally nonsense? Does it make sense, they spoil the offer I got on fiverr. This is totally rubbish seriously. If you like yourself try other better service provider.
