Unfortunately just like the many negative reviews, I have also had a terrible experience with Gaz.

I had my windows and sliding doors installed by Gaz. Since then, we have been chasing Gaz repeatedly for the promised broken door handles, and most importantly, my certificates.

Each week we have been chasing Gaz but the aftercare service and integrity has been terrible.

Avoid!

If I could give a minus ten I would.

I was initially asked to pay via bank transfer, this should have been a red flag.
Rainham Windows, attend fitted. One window yet provided no receipt.

Despite going into shop and asking for my receipt aka on at least 5 separate occasions, aka obtain a Warranty for the window I have not received it, this has been approximately 2 years now. Window purchaser beware.

As I'm reading some of these reviews I 100% agree. These people are scam and liars. Beware!! Yes they will give you a decent quote or price. The service and actual work is poor quality. Mainly done by the poor labourers that don't get paid well. I don't think they are qualified hence poor quality of work. Plus if anything goes wrong they won't fix it. You have to chase them up and they will always make excuses. I can see it's happening to some people. Get a reputable company which is going to give you good customer service. If knew I would rather pay more than this cheap quality rubbish.

Hi recently had a home project for bi folds and crittal style sliding doors and some internal doors.i have a few companies that bid for this project. Rainham windows won the project and were superb throughout install and providing advice and many site visits. Gaz, was a dream to work with and always returned my calls. I will never look no further than Rainham windows for installation and and glazing issues, they above and beyond. Many many thanks Gaz and team for doing a fabulous job, 5 star all the way!

Stay away from them plz. He is one of the worst Window suppliers ever. I don't know where to start from but they are one of the worst Windows suppliers, from the materials to pricing, services, and communication, time consuming. Everything is bad. They gave as brocken glass, the colour of the panel is soo bad that it is coming off, wrong size, porch door window at the top they didn't gave us. It took them to finished the job almost 2 years. They haven't gave us the certificate yet. The price that we agreed at the beginning it went up so much more. I literally went to their house about the job that they are not finishing. It was so much more the workers are so bad and lazy. They don't finished the job on the day they keep going home early bloody took them 2 years to finished the job. And their materials are so cheap and . They are scammers. Plz stay away from them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THEM. plz don't let your hard earned money go to waste.
This guy Gazzz is the biggest scammer in the world. The work start 12/12/21 to still not finished.

Very unreliable, stay away as far as possible. They will rip you off with cheap quality windows. They will make promises and will never keep, at minimum they promised to attend 15 times and each time there was no show. I still went ahead and got the windows done by them as I was recommended by a cousin. I still live with faulty windows, which they haven't come to fix. They promised FENSA certificates which was also a lie, I have not received my certificates after over 6 months of them doing a Botched job.

Gaz will never respond to any of your calls and he will only come if he has money to collect.

Update: Please check their recent G00Gle reviews as well there have been a lot more negative experiences with this cowboy firm.

Where do I start with Rainham windows and the infamous Ghoster Gaz. Ive been chasing this man for what feels like forever now to sort out all the issues I've needed dealing with in regards to the work he carried out on my property. Firstly let me start by saying when it comes to payment you will hear from Gaz in an instant but be warned when it comes to anything else such as fixing issues arranging dates for him to come fix those issues well good luck to you. As you can tell from the other reviews here he's just not interested in fixing anything or completing the job to a decent standard let alone a high one.
Sadly If it doesn't involve any type of payment he just doesn't care. I have been so patient with this guy but all he keeps doing is arranging dates to keep me of his back, I book the day off from work then he ghosts me and doesn't answer my calls or msgs pn that arranged day. I spent nearly £8,000 of my hard earned money and all I got in return was shoddy workmanship scraped/chipped windows and lots of cold air blowing through the gaps that haven't been sealed properly. Let me not forget to mention the composite door that's constantly creaking and making noises which sounds like someone is breaking in. I have videos and pics which I will attach if it allows me on here.
The experience I have received from Rainham windows is shocking how he thinks he can get away with taking peoples money and providing a joke of a service is beyond me. I used this company a I thought let me help out a local business in my community and he's at the top of my road if i have any issues but even being a 1 min walk away even I can't get hold of him.

As for the Fensa certificate I should have got that I was promised nearly a year ago now it still hasn't turned up. Seems it's the same case for a few others aswell. Are we telling the truth here Gaz or are you feeding us all lies?

Keep your money away from this company and go with someone with trusted feedback there are so many to choose from. I just wish I read some of the feedback which would have made me go elsewhere. Even if the price was a little higher i'd go with another company don't try and save a few hundred pounds with Gaz because the headache after just isn't worth it.

Just take a look at the screen shot of the msgs to see how hard it is to get hold of this man.

Stay clear of this company its one of the worst decisions you'll make if you don't!
