Goods did arrive but immediately found…
Goods did arrive but immediately found them to be unsuitable and followed instructions to contact for refund / return instructions.
Email answered in very poor English - almost impossible to understand. Did not offer refund - just a $5 compensation and from what I manged to understand they would not accept refunds - "We would like to offer you a $5 refund as compensation.
Due to the cost of returning postage, which is not worth it to return it back to us."
Basically stuck with unsuitable product and out of pocket - also their onine shop seems to have vanished.
Avoid!

Order not delivered in spite of payment made
After almost 8 months of numerous emails and fruitless communication, I suppose I have to accept my loss in dealing with Rayonar.
My order for five (5) "Tactical pants" was placed on 22 April 2020 and payment was made an received by some account (US$240). The order was placed via an advert on Instagram.
Rayonar.com replied on my order with an EMPTY EMAIL and that was the last I received - no order form was attached, no recognition of the order - nothing.
A representative of the company had been replying with numerous different replies but could not once assist with reasonable action - I should "check their website" (raisale.com - which she only supplied last night) ... I must "supply the order number" etc - all things Rayonar / Raisale should be able to supply.
Rayonar have not once offered to refund my payment.
