A coat I ordered took almost four weeks to arrive and even it did, I thought it was a joke. The item was described as a warm reversible winter coat and looked fab on website. The reality was very different - the cost is made of poor low quality materials and very thin. I tried to return but a reduced, unable to - weird how every single item is reduced therefore you cannot return anything- these people are scammers
Awful company. Received a coat I want to send back as it’s got a mark on it and no tags and all emails have been ignored. Impossible to speak to anyone. Scam of a company
