Poor quality made in China bs. Does not fit. Will never order this product again. Buyer beware!

Unfortunately, the hat would not stay on my head and kept scrunching back up. It did not fit down to the top of my ears. I was hoping to wear it more toward the back of my head off my bangs. It cannot be worn that way. Measure where you want the hat to sit before purchasing. It is exactly 22” around.

It took ages to send the beanie, this one was a very mediocre quality.
Then when I wanted to return it, the customer services were very reluctant forcing me to keep it. After a few email exchanges they finally told me how to do it.
But costs were at my charge and it was anyway too late to send it back as we lost so much times discussing

I recently purchased a number of beanies from Raisedbysociety in a wide range of colors. The fabric was great and extremely easy to put on. Secondly, they provide all of their merchandise at very reasonable rates. Recommendable service!

The beanie is cheap and nasty. Sized like it has been made for a baby. Really tight and scratchy on an adult head. Great business plan though. Buy a boat load of scratchy polyester beanies at €1.00 from China, claim that the polyester (or ‘Acrylic’) is a design feature because of ‘salt resistance’, slap a label on, put them in bags that are worth more than the hat and sell them for £27.00 with the buyer having to pay return international postage back to the Netherlands. I gave it 2 stars because it arrived fast, but took one away for cheating people. I’m not sending this back because it is more hassle than it’s worth. I will never purchase from this seller again. The 5 star reviews must be fake as they all talk about the great quality of the beanies. I guess you guys must really be laughing at the customers!

Returned a beanie to the address they asked me to send to but no one was at the address, so the carrier delivered the item to their collection point. I informed Raisedbysociety the situation but they didn’t go to collection point so the item has returned back to me. I then asked them what you are going to do with this situation because It’s not me caused the item returned back to me. They asked me to send it again! Bare in mind, I am sending it from the UK to Netherlands. Sent it twice will cost me more than the beanie itself. So make sure you know exactly what you are buying and good luck you will be 100% happy with their products otherwise their return procedure is just unreasonable and customer service is awful!

I ordered the Mustard beanie and received the same goods in the colour described on the website. This appears to be quite fashionable. Thank you very much. 5stars!

Faster than expected delivery! The hat is made of a soft and comfy material. Fit is exactly as pictured, thus you receive exactly what you see, which is exactly what I wanted! I'll consider shopping here again because of the quality of the merchandise.

I send my purchase back, because the sailor beanies are very tight and I still didnt get my refund after 3 weeks.

I bought four items.

I received notification of dispatch promptly.

I then received two separate notifications of delivery from UPS and Raised by Society.

The first was cancelled late on the stated delivery date and another date given.

The second delivery date was cancelled, also late on the stated delivery date.

I waited in on each stated delivery date. I was let down and inconvenienced twice.

A third delivery date hasn't been given.

I contacted Raised by Society and explained my dissatisfaction, cancelled the order per my rights, and demanded a refund. I didn't receive an apology or even an expression of regret and was asked to be more patient!

I recommend that anyone avoid this terrible company.

One discovers how well a business is run when things go wrong.

I have ordered a wrong color by mistake, the item was already shipped. But they had no problems replacing it. Great customer service and very happy with my new beanie.

Love the aesthetics of the products. Also fast shipment!
