Hi Freddie, thank you for your order with us.
We've just had a look at your tracking information with our courier and we can see that your order was dispatched the same day as you ordered on the 26th June. It then went out for delivery on the 27th, and on the 28th, but on both of these attempts, no one was at home to accept the parcel. It was then successfully delivered on the 29th.
With our courier, APC, you can select an alternate delivery, for example leave in a safe place or with a neighbour, to ensure your parcel gets delivered as they will not leave it otherwise.
We hope you can still enjoy your goodies. I'm sorry you felt the need to still give us a two star review even tho you have received your order.
