I've purchased my jewellery off these guys in the past and I can honestly say thay go above and beyond for u thears a ladey called daisy she's amazing 👏

I only use rankins and have been for years: such genuine lovely people, I had paid off for a Rolex last year but was a bit behind on payments not once was I pressured they was so patience with me and understanding, the quality of the jewellery is amazing also I brought my nephew a Rolex bracelet 3 years ago and myself which is now still in amazing condition I just personally wouldn’t go anywhere else rankins is my go to the experience as a whole you will struggle to find else where such a lovely beautiful family company xxx

From start to finish Daisy was soo kind, very understanding, and a pleasure to deal with, all I had to do was choose which she helped me too haha and my partner was over the moon with her choices definitely 5 🌟 service, will be back again for sure

Brought a letter necklace off these guys and unfortunately the chain broke, but as soon as i told them, they had me send my broken chain back and they sent me a new one right away, very quick and very helpful when dealing with these guys.

I travelled to Rankins Jewellers hoping to get a nice necklace for my daughters 30 th birthday. I had in mind an idea what she would like.Jody went above and beyond to make exactly what i was looking for . And got it made within 3 days in a beautiful gift box. I can honestly say I have never had customer service like this. So thank u Rankins so much for helping me to make my daughters birthday really special. I love it so much .

We visited yesterday and had an appointment with Ryder. We purchased a baguette diamond necklace for my daughters 21st birthday which is beautiful and she is absolutely thrilled with!
The service Ryder provided was just amazing , he was so helpful and had so much patience with us, he truly went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble for him.I will 100% be recommending to all friends and family and will be back for sure for future purchases.

The staff in rankins have been so helpful. always replying, they take there time to make sure everything is exactly how you wanted it, very fast shipment. Always had an answer to any of my questions and I really couldn’t recommend them enough. I will definitely order from them again thank you so much

I was worried about paying so much money for it to be delivered but they have the best customer service and it came the next day . They are always there if you need to ask any questions. Would recommend to anyone never been disappointed with anything I’ve bought.
