Good Products
The process was easy. Delivery was disappointing because no attempt was made to bring it to my home. It was taken straight to the PO even though I had waited at home for delivery. The products were excellent. Folding toilet chair is a simple design, easy to use, stable and solid. Suction grab rail actually holds weight and is sturdy. Overall I am very happy with products. Delivery needs addressing.

He reached out to me on a Friday night and a Saturday morning to give me reassurance. The process of purchasing medications was clear and easy to follow and aftercare was the best I have ever experienced. Exceptional Service
-Phone number to be able to speak directly to a person.
-Rang and left a message. Call was returned within 20 mins. Harry was very helpful.
-Placed an order knowing that the walker colour I required may not be in for a couple of weeks.
-Order placed on 01 June. Walker delivered on 04 June to regional Victoria.

Quality product and quick delivery
I needed some non slip socks to wear over compression stockings after surgery so that I would not slip. The hospital give you one pair but I couldn't find any the same, so went with these because I liked the colour. They are great. Very good quality and they even have a little padded bit at the back for added comfort. Thye are firm but not restricting.
The order process was simple and the delivery was very quick.

The unit arrived and suited my purpose…
The unit arrived and suited my purpose but during transport it must have had something heavy on top of it because it was slightly twisted and when unfolded it had one leg that was pointing in a direction different from the other ones. I was able to straighten it and now it’s fine. Thank you.
