Great Supplier
Reasonably priced, especially on some of the bargain deals. Very quick delivery, well packed and supported. Cut to convenient lengths/sizes. Rapid Metals are my go to supplier, I live in a rural area where the main steel merchants won't deliver to, so Rapid Metals are a lifeline to my small business.

Good Service, but Size Inconsistencies
I really appreciated how easy it was to order custom-sized plates. However, the plates weren’t quite square, with size variations of up to 2 millimetres. Delivery time and pricing were good, but the inconsistency in sizes was a bit disappointing.

Good value, good service.
Staff were very helpful when I decided to change my order, and were responsive when I asked for material certificates. Material was slightly damaged in transit, so could have been better packed.
