I had Ienyrid es1 one day.first day went on it started having problems 1) kept having a squeaking and grinding noise phone then up at to send a video in to show them they told me that’s normal just need some wd40 on it but it didn’t stop it then 2) only done 15miles on but needed charging so first time charge but it wasn’t charging there was nothing going through to charge it but they was trying say it was the charger there is nothing wrong with charger as the green light was on when it goes on charge it supposed to go to red but it didn’t . Just use cheap parts recycled that’s the problem 1 start review

You reached out to us regarding the squeaking noise on your scooter which we helped quickly you by showing you which screws need tightening. You later complained your scooter is not charging. For this we arrange a free collection of the scooter, we tested it and found no issues with the charger.

I unfortunately got sent a scooter with a little issue, but rapid scooter master helped me out straight away offering to send out a brand new one and I send back my faulty one, 10/10 super reliable company, great customer service

I’ve have my scooter IENYRID M4 pro s+ for like 2/3 days now I use it to get to work and back, good quality and fast scooter the negative I’ll say is the battery doesn’t last too well for long journeys and when making the purchase it said it would come with a free helmet and lock but they didn’t arrive.
Overall happy with my scooter so far!
