I haven't tried the product yet but the seller has been harassing me via WhatsApp to leave a review.
I find it very intrusive to receive messages on my private WhatsApp. Also I did not give my permission today be contacted this way.

The survive from start to finish was amazing getting the time slot the day before was super helpful and when the driver was half and hour away I got a phone this was great and on top the bed is beautiful better than expected the mattress is super comfy and perfect for myself who sleeps on front and side thank you for an overall great service

For the amount paid I'm really impressed with the bed quality, the drawers are really spacious and the bed looks very nice.
The delivery was very very quick, I was updated regularly about the delivery schedule and half an hour prior to the delivery the driver called to ensure we are home.
I'm pleased with their services, couldn't recommend them enough. Will definitely buy again from them.

My wife purchased a guest bed from the Rapyalstore, and what a pleasure it was, it was straightforward and simple, they kept us update about when we will receive are delivery, the bed was delivered, the delivery person was very helpful, and the guest bed is fantastic, thank you all for a lovely service.

Such a beautiful bed & very comfortable mattress very good quality and the ease of putting it together I am 8 months pregnant and done it by myself. Very sturdy for the price. Would recommend

Really good, value for money divan with a great mattress for the money. Ordering was easy and excellent communication regarding the quick delivery. They texted and gave a two hour delivery window the day before and they turned up well within it.
Would definitely order from them again.

The bed is top quality for a good price the delivery driver was great he was friendly and patient phoned to let me no he was on his way

Great service throughout, particular credit to the delivery driver. I was not home, he would not allow my partner to help and carried the bed into the house.

Ordered the bed on Monday, it arrived on Wednesday, the driver carried it in for me which was great. My daughter had first night sleep last night and said it was her best ever. A great bed, great service and great value. Very happy customers!

I cannot rate Rapyal highly enough. They kept me fully updated with every stage of my order including the tracking of the delivery. When I inadvertently put the incorrect delivery address in my order (I am moving) they were happy to deliver to my new address, a few minutes away. They placed my bed in the room I required and checked I was happy. First class service

Cheap item. Expensive quality. Excellent Service.
The scheduled delivery was not only on time, I had frequent reminders by the company about exactly when the Bed would arrive.
Upon arrival the driver brought in each item carefully.
Once built, the bed and mattress are really high quality, far higher quality than the price would indicate.

5* Flawless Service.

We basically purchased the trundle bed for the grandkids to sleep on when they stay and we reckon it's definitely good enough as spare beds for adults if necessary. Mattresses are a good thickness and seem comfy. The delivery was great, we were notified all the way through the process and it turned up just as expected. Extremely pleased with the trundle bed for the price.

The delivery was timely and your driver very polite with necessary information before arrival.

i ordered linked single divan beds as wanted the flexibility to have 2 singles or when connected a super king with 4 drawers for storage.

The price was amazing for 2 single linked divan beds with 2 drawers , 2 super comfy zip linked mattresses abd 2 headboards - at least a third of the price of the high street!!
Extremely nice and helpful delivery guy - delivery was within 2 days of ordering!! - and the beds were very easy to assemble despite no instructions.
AND they are super comfy!!

I highly recommend this company, cannot fault the quality of the bed we bought. easy to assemble.

Bed arrived on the day it was supposed to... But time for arrival was changed through the day went from. 9-11am to just before 3pm.

Slight damage on one half of the bed from transportation (looks like a headboard/different bed base fell into it) and despite pictures and instructions on the page showing a bed with draws it came with none. So make sure to check that.

Mattress is soft but supportive.
Bed frame is good for what it's meant to be, headboard looks much bigger in pictures but, is adequate for use.

All in all; Great product.
Delivery is down to traffic and distance, but did contact me to keep me updated
