Review system set up wrong
We feel the review process for awards is over the top with the fact you count reviews from agents who are second on the listing towards the annual awards.
This means a vendor has to put a review for the listing agent on rate my agent ,Real Estate.com.au and even google. Then you are making agents who are second on the listing ask the vendor again for 3 reviews and if we dont it effects your score for the awards.
I sold 29 properties in the last 12 months and recieved 28 reviews. My nearest competitor sold 22 properties yet got 28 reviews and could win based on your rules . Your site is set up wrong!

Unlike other so-called "expert" sites they do not take a fee for providing this unbiased information, and therefore the user receives truthful info and can make a decision based on this.
