We ordered and paid for a rattan set which was advertised as a time limited deal. 10 days later we receive a letter saying that they are unable to provide the goods and will be refunding the payment but a quick view of their site shows the products still available (and on deal).
I suspect this is a deliberate cash grab for virtual stock.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from the site rattanstore.co.uk - they have no intentions of providing any goods, it is a scam site. I completed a pre-order in Jan (stupid me) to be delivered in April, still hasn't arrived and I've sent a number emails and there is no response. I'll be completing a fraud report...

Like the previous reviewer I purchased a rattan sofa set at the end of January with the promise of delivery at the end of March, This date was altered by rattanstore.co.uk to the end of April with a hollow apology and the offer of 10% discount on future purchases (like that was going to happen!). A further text followed with the promise of a delivery by the end of last week. Like all of the other dates promised this came and went. Today (after chasing) I was told they have been let down by a supplier and no furniture will be forthcoming. I await the refund as they have had a great deal of my money since January.
Beware of companies that have no telephone numbers or contact details on their site.
