With regards to the vehicle in question, it was listed as unrecorded, as you would have been aware, insurance companies can backdate markers after vehicles are auctioned. As vehicles are sold in good faith, it would be a discussion with the relevant insurance that had placed such a marker on it, that you would need to discuss this with. Had a vehicle collection at Northampton site and recieved outstanding customer service from site manager (Andy). Please accept my apologies if I got the name wrong. The point is, the site manager made my team and I very comfortable. The guy deserves a promotion. Good job all round. Further feedback for the company is to bring back the option of paying by bank transfer. This method used to facilitate us greatly. For that reason, a Mega 4 stars.
