Clearly copied website design & assets

Nothing to do with their service, but I have been a customer of all the top pro audio websites. I went to look for items today from Raycom and saw how clearly they have copied and/or stolen the design, layout and much more of one of their biggest competitors and I find it massively unprofessional. Shows how good of a job the competition is doing I suppose. Shame on you Raycom.

Morning Ryan, thank you for the review of our new site, we're obviously saddened to read your personal opinion of its design. It certainly wasn't our intention to simply replicate an existing site, our aim was to refresh our previous site to provide an improved user experience and to highlight the specialist RF support services offered by Raycom. It is unfortunate that colour schemes are similar to some of our competitors however that is down to historical brand guidelines, something that would not be sensible to change. There is also a number of design constraints due to the mutual use by many online shops of the popular website platform "word press" which will create a familiarity in layout and general structure. Combine this with the similarity of product type and brand offered by dealers in our rather niche industry and we can see why your suspicion of imitation may exist. We hope this goes some way to explain and would welcome a chance in the future to demonstrate to you our focus on meeting your product needs or simply offer a little friendly support and advice.

I am disappointed

I am disappointed I couldn’t get any help from customer service. I ordered a microphone that costed me $400 but received an empty box and support couldn’t "help me any further", while being unprofessional. Around 2 weeks of mail exchanges for nothing.

Nice prices, but receiving the item would have been better. I won’t order again.

As you know, from our two weeks of exhaustive email exchange, we've carefully investigated the path of delivery of your product from our despatch team via our carrier to your door. You stated the parcel was undamaged on delivery.The parcel was weight checked throughout it's journey, showing the exact weight for the product plus packaging, and our stock count is correct.we therefore believe the contents were in fact in place.

I found the web site very easy to use…

I found the web site very easy to use and found a really good offer for the old model Mixpre 6. Shipping was fast and the Mixpre came very well packed. Managed to get a "POwercore 20000 PD" power pack for the Mixpre as the inbuilt AA batteries are only meant to power the device for very short periods.
Overall: pleased with my purchase and well worth the money

1st class professional help and very…

1st class professional help and very fast dispatch. Secure in the knowledge that help will only be a phone call away with any new kit problems (5 year guarentee great too!) but not expecting any with the very good audio kit I purchased.

3rd time using Raycom and for good reason...

This is the 3rd time I've been using this supplier, and for many good reasons... To cut straight to the point, the team are:

Professional - The team are extremely clued in when it comes to technical ability with products and I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect.

Knowledgeable - It's great to ask someone in-depth technical question about a product, and know that they are not just pushing units out the door, but the actually have gone to the bother to RTFM!

Efficient - "We'll get right back to you", that's not an exaggeration. Calls are always returned very fast. Emails answered quickly, most times within minutes.

Friendly - It's great to call someome, ask for a dozen specific unique requests, and have people deal with you that appreciate your presence and business relationship, rather that being made to.feel like you are adding unnecessary workload to their day. This is the cherry on top. What a fantastic team!
