I was reminded of my option for an upgrade without the need to check. Upgrading was easy and the return delivery was free via post office with clear instructions on how to clear the return phone off my data and how to post it.

Sadly I have to give a negative review for this company!!! The phone itself is fabulous and a great price , delivered quickly .... even on a weekend !!! This is apparently where the problem lies . So my phone turned up Saturday, excitedly I transferred all my data over , no problems at all. Monday i realised when away from home that i have no network connectivity , despite trying numerous ways to reset. I spoke to my sim provider 3 , who clarified the fault lay with Raylo and the phone. I also visited the 3 shop where they put in another sim card , messed around with it for 45 mins , with no joy. At this point I messaged the company and was told this is common with weekend deliveries and the network took a while to set up. I was assured it would be later that evening or the next day. Off i went to work again the following day ..... no network connection set up. I messaged when I got home to say what was happening and I really needed the mobile data to keep track of the Libre app for diabetics and this was causing a lot of anxiety. I was told they were looking into this and would update me ..... 2 hours later no update , I was left to message again and told the department had gone home . To cut a long story short , i have had the same waffle again today " looking into it , Thank you for your understanding blah blah ". Finally received an answer , it will take a further 3 working days to set up my mobile data !!!!!!! That takes me across another weekend with no connectivity. Is this delay shown on their website ??? Nope . Does this happen frequently ??? Judging by reviews on here i can only answer No , I think they honestly forgot to connect me !!!! I cannot see how it can take so long. Poor , poor , poor service. I would not use them again for sure , nor recommend them

I’ve had really bad experience with raylo I had a problem with my iPhone 13 Pro Max and I sent it off and then it got sent back as they said nothing was wrong with it and it’s now playing up again and it’s getting really hot

2 stars because at least their customer services respond quickly, despite not actually offering a solution.
Phone delivered the day after ordering but it was defective (on / off button didn’t work). Returned to Raylo the following day but 7 days later I still have no resolution.
Apparently I can’t cancel my subscription until they have “assessed” the phone, which takes up to 5 working days. I would have expected the phone to be assessed prior to being sold and dispatched.
Very friendly customer services, but that’s as positive as I can be.

Was very quick in a decision no messing around and the product came next with email and security so the parcel arrived on time and without fuss and real easy process and my son was so excited and happy about his PlayStation 5
The phone arrived and there’s a crack in the top left, and a crack running right through the middle of the phone. Other than that works fine - just needed to go buy a case immediately
