I ordered a variety of dresses in August 2025 totalling about £100. They were all poor quality/ cheap feeling and none of them were flattering when they arrived, so I returned them all in early September 2025. I am still awaiting my refund for these items in January 2026 and all of my recent emails asking why I haven’t received a refund yet or when I can expect it have been completely ignored.
In my experience, they are an incredibly unprofessional company and I would absolutely not recommend ordering from them!

Ordered a thick cardi as a Christmas present at the beginning of December. I was told it had been delivered on 30th December. It hadn't. They use Yodel which is red flag too. I received a photo showing it in a thin, outside letter box at someone else's address so obviously the cardi had been wrongly advertised. Despite several emails they kept repeating that it had been delivered so they can't do anything. As I can prove it wasn't delivered to my house I have been advised to contact small claims.

Illegitimate company! Sending out the wrong item and refusing to return or refund the item! I fear this company is fraudulent and doing this consistently with these reviews !

I ordered a dress 5 months ago to which they sent me a different style dress to what they advertised. they agreed for me to return it so i paid for postage however i have still not received a refund. would not recommend this company at all. they won’t fix the issue and have not offered any kind of support.

Zero stars - shocking company - they sent my daughter the wrong item and won’t take any responsibility for this - now completely ignoring our e-mails. My daughter had paid for an item which was wrong and the other item is dreadful quality and after reading other reviews regarding returns we are loathed to spend money doing this when they don’t appear to refund customers.
None of this can surely be legal

Razy's should close down, period.

They spend weeks lying about the delivery date, and even try to gaslight you with tracking details saying the delivery is coming. The only problem is that even their own logistics company's website just says "waiting for delivery" on the tracking details. When you ask for a refund they write back saying that they are really sorry, but it is coming soon....for the last 3 weeks.

Hey ho, I will ask my credit card company to charge back, it is their ability to trade which will suffer.

Looking at the reviews below, I am guessing this delivery would have been crap anyway.

I ordered two women's thick woolen cardigans. The picture on their site looked fantastic. Where they got the pictures from I've no idea. The two "cardigans" instead of being woolen are in fact cheap hoodie material printed with a wool image. The only redeeming thing about this is the tears and laughter from my workmates in the canteen when I showed them the picture against the factual. This company has broken the granite floor of crap quality. From now on you have crap, shite and at the bottom Rayses. Not a chance of getting my money back. Also who is the idiot guy giving the positive reviews.

I placed an order of what I thought was going to be 2 thick knit sweaters, a winter jacket and a dress shirt for my husband. I received two cheap China knock off garbage material made hoodies that weren’t sewn straight and just had sweater looking printed image on them, a dress shirt for my husband with puckered shoulders because they weren’t sewn properly, and a winter jacket for my daughter that the sleeves basically would fit a dinosaurs arms, that’s how short they were. I contacted them wanting to return it and have my money refunded and they are refusing to refund all of my money, and only offering me 30% of the purchase price back. Also, if I want to return the items, it’s at my expense, which is shipped to China, imagine that?! This company is a scam, they are fraudulent, and very poor customer service. I am frustrated, to say the least, that it looks like I will be getting duped with having to keep this garbage that isn’t even wearable, and losing my money. Heads up and fair warning that this company is garbage.

You will recieve shoddy goods, loose money and be ripped off.

Agree with everything said about this bunch of criminals. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS MAFIA FUNDED COMPANY. Products are terrible and they hold young people to ransom and take their money when the products aren’t worth it. I have reported them to the police and trading standards.

Wanted to return 2 dresses. Razy's told me return address in China. The cost of the return was £30 (Royal Mail). I have just received the package back because it was refused by Razy's in China. They won't respond to any of my emails, even though I have proof of posting and return of the box. So now I am out of pocket for 2 rubbish dresses plus the £30 to return.

I have ordered a coat on the 30th October still waiting for the item to be shipped 4 weeks later.

The products sent are not what is pictured on their website, when you try to return they keep offering a 20% refund and you keep the item, or you are expected to pay the cost of the return to china....which is not cheap. I have been arguing with them for a few days now dispite them being completely in the wrong. I will never use this company again.

Did not ship within timeframe listed on website. When they finally did ship; they didn’t include a shirt and will not tell me where it is or when it will ship. They asked me to submit photos so they could “look into it” even after they had my order number and the shipping which doesn’t include all items. Asked for a refund multiple times with no response. When two of the three items ordered arrived; the jeans don’t even have a working button. Absolutely awful company.

AVOID THIS ‘COMPANY’ ordered a £39 coat it came too small not true to size at all and quality of fabric was poor I would be embarrassed wearing it out even if it did fit.. emailed to issue return and it’s been almost a week of back and forth messaging still not assisting me on a return which is only 14 days to begin with! It should not be this difficult to return something. Reporting to trading standards and my payment is being investigated by my bank now as there’s been little co operation

My order was not correct size. They would not exchange for right size!
Told me I could keep item & they’d give me a new correct size, just had to pay for shipping! This didn’t happen!!! They just ignore my emails!!! Buyer beware!!!! Will never do business again & will definitely spread the word!!!!

My daughter paid $158 on a dress (plus delivery). It was a really bad fit! We were promised that they refund items returned. So my daughter ordered another dress from them because we didn’t have time to get a store credit because the dress was for an event. We ordered the 2nd dress and that same night we made contact with them explaining that we would like to return the dress and required the return address. It took 3 weeks with daily emails asking for the address so we could mail it back. In those 3 weeks they tried to give us discounts on other items if we kept the dress. We declined all offers and still asked for their return address (no joke about 15 emails asking almost demanding the address). They eventually sent us the address but still kept offering higher discounts to keep the dress. We sent them the tracking number and did everything asked. It cost me $30 to return the dress. Well the dress arrived in China in the 18th of August. I have been emailing them a couple times a week and I keep getting an email stating that they will check the warehouse to see if it arrived. They never get back to me. This happened over and over again. I have probably sent about 20 emails since it has arrived in China and I keep getting the same message “we are looking into it”. Now we have been ignored. This company is a total scam !! Do not buy from them.. they promise everything and deliver nothing. My daughter is 16 and does not have much money.. she saved for this dress and they stole from a 16 year old. I wish there was an option for zero stars. They are corrupted!! Do not buy from them!

1 star is lowest I can give otherwise would definitely be zero!
The items I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive and when they did, they were about 3 times bigger than expected based on their size guide.
Despite their policy stating they accept returns, they put up numerous attempts to avoid refunding, offering small discounts if i kept the item. They would not provide a return address either. After weeks of backwards and forwards I agreed to a 60% refund which I have never received despite them telling me it was processed.
They are now ignoring me completely.
Shocking customer service and extremely dodgy business.

Bad! Spent £70 returned cost a further £20 now 5 months and nothing back

I thought this was a legit company untill it took ages to come then found it came from China 🙈 I ordered a white fox hoodie Wich was supposed to be grey and pastel pink writing to turn up purple .
It’s so tacky the material the x2 size smaller it looks faker then fake so asked for refund saying I only have 7 days were website says 14 to then me nagging for the return adress them dragging it out trying to make me keep the item for 20% back 🤦🏼‍♀️
Honestly DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY ITEM DOES NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT YOU WILL GET EASIER TO PUT A LIGHTER TO YPUR WALLET
