Fantastic Gun Shop
Some friends and I were traveling to a local shooting ground not far from R&B Sporting and decided to pay a visit to R&B on the way. we had a fantastic experience From Rob and the team at R&B Sporting on this day and every time we have since returned to the store.
I Traveled from near Bridgend south Wales to the store with some friends who also shoot and the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only friendly but genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered advice and suggestions on the different selection of guns to suit My budget and needs. The store was very clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of high-quality products for all your shooting needs. On offer was a wide selection of new and secondhand guns from all the leading brands all displayed in the modern well-lit gunroom.
What really stood out was the customer service — it was clear that they truly value their customers. My questions were answered promptly and the correct advice given. It's rare to find a shop that combines excellent products with such a high level of care and attention. The team even offered us tea and coffee and took the time to chat with us nothing was too much trouble Rob even recommended a local cafe that did great breakfasts. as a result of the fantastic service, we all received that day we have all been back many times since and have purchased a few guns and accessories from Rob and the team and have been very happy with them.
Highly recommended — good old fashioned customer service and always a warm welcome from Rob and the team. They really look after their customers.
