Bought standard and antibacterial uprights and brackets sets however both sets could not be used together as they did not fit which was not stated on the web page. Contacted customer service, had prompt reply back and was offered replacement free of charge. Replacement came within 2 days. Great customer service, very polite and helpful. Items seems to be of good quality as well. Would buy from them again
