Applied for an E-volve saver account 17 days ago. Still nothing. Have managed to open 9 other savings accounts during the same period, and all have been opened and working within 24hrs. Doesn’t fill me with any confidence whatsoever.

We needed help to review and renew our fixed rate account after struggling to complete it ourselves due to being complete technophobes. David was absolutely brilliant, calmly guiding us through the whole process with a gentle and humorous manner that put us at ease and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. My wife gave instructions to RCI to deal with the funds once they matured. Everything was carried out on time and the interest of the maturing account was meant to take three days to arrive in our current account. Oh No it didn't! Arrived this morning. Very impressed. Money moved to an instant account with RCI whilst we decide what to do. Very pleased with the service and will continue to use.

I was made aware of RCI Bank by Martin Lewis on his TV show a few years ago. I have had savings accounts with this bank ever since then and find them easy to deal with. A real live human being always answers the phone and queries are easily dealt with. I recommend this bank wholeheartedly.

Not happy with the way my maturity instructions were carried out . I did change my mind about the maturity instructions but although I phone up and had a new ISA in place my money was put into a fixed rate bond I did not want .So I have withdrawn my money completely and gone elsewhere . There should be a better and clearer instructions set up for maturity options.

Having had some concerns about whether a payment had gone into my account i spoke to a phone advisor who quickly assured me that everythibg was as it should be. I had managed to create two profiles which confused me.

opened this years ISA - they introduced a new,best rate just in time. Easy to dd. Never had a problem with RCI

My account was scammed and I reported this to your Fraud department and Claire was given my case.
She reassured me and was extremely sympathetic and helpful.She assured me the sum which was a large amount would be sorted that day. She kept in touch with me at various times during the day and also closed my account and helped me register a new account successfully.She was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
