I have been setting my account to deliver every three months for what seems like years. Every time I set up a delivery every 3 months it gets reset back to every month which I find out when the truck is at my house - and it's too late as I haven't put out my empties and I get charged even if I don't take any bottles that day. You need to fix this!

Water tastes great
I've had a few times where my water delivery was delayed, but my real problem has been the billing. They are very hard to get a hold of and it takes many emails and chat messages to resolve things

Be very aware of your bottle inventory -
Make sure you are aware of your inventory prior to delivery. I've noticed in the past over charges for bottle count that i never received. I made the company aware and they opened up a case number to investigate the matter after couple of discrepancies, we are two months into it and I never heard from them

They resolved my issues and I complained about being overcharged for a delivery.
All and all, my experience with them has been very positive.

I used to use ready refresh to buy sparkling water which my family consumed in insane amounts. I switched to tap water and ready refresh kept getting more expensive. Now I buy from Costco and get a workout carrying the water myself.

Cancelled Account 2025…
I had canceled my account in June 2025 but continued receiving invoices with a total of over $100.00 they claimed I owed which I did not since they were paid prior to all deliveries. After speaking with a representative, I was told I did not owe either ReadyRefresh or Primo Brand. Recently I started getting those same invoices. If they attempt to debit my account again as they did the first time, I can tell you they will be reported to the FTC. I won’t be harassed any longer.
Contamination and billing dept
They cant get their billing together. This evening I went to change my water bottle because it was low and noticed an odor sludge. Sure enough there is something growing in the bottom of the bottle. I drink on 5 gallon weekly or less than a week. This is due to some type of contamination in the bottle. Now I am concerned about the remainder of my 6 bottle I just had replaced.

Cannot deliver to the right place since 2017
Since 2017 they have not been able to deliver 3 5 gallon bottles to the back of the house. Who is supposed to lift those to the back? Call their customer service they only offer a coupon and you have keep the empties they didnt pickup and the ones you are using for almost a month. Despite the recurring history of complaints, notes in the system which popup at the location. I had to block my front porch on the days they deliver with chairs and put a sign up. They put the bottles on the side the house. Account canceled, no disrespect but you really cannot fix stupid.

I love having their water deliveries! The web site is easy to use, communication and reminders are very clear and timely so I leave my empties out for them to take. I like how I can add 1-off products to try and then make it part of my regular delivery very easily.

This review is for Ready Refresh and Primo Brands. Don’t bother. And, if you signed up (like me) through Costco, don’t. I’m guessing that Costco has gone away from this company, because they do not represent the same quality and satisfaction that Costco does.
I called on 11/12/25, asking to have my equipment and empty bottles picked up and I cancelled my account. I just don’t need it anymore. I was told that I would need to hold an entire day for the pickup. I asked if I can somehow find out for sure what time the pickup might be because I don’t really have a whole day to wait for this. I was told that I would be contacted the day before with a time window. This didn’t happen. I called the day before the supposed pickup at 5:00 (waiting all day for the pickup information) and was told that they would pick up between 7:00 am and 11:00 am. I DID receive a text saying that they would pickup on the date I was promised, but no time was given. I looked on the app. It wasn’t listed there at all. At 10:30 am, I called again. I was now told that there was a delay and the time had been extended to 1:00 pm. I explained that an unexpected change in my all day stay home waiting for them plan had changed and I now needed to leave my house at 11:00. They said that there was nothing they could do. I DO understand delays. I just wanted to be informed! I asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold for around 8 minutes. When someone came on the line, I started explaining why I was calling. I was told I had been transferred to the wrong department. Put on hold again. After 14 minutes, someone came on the line saying that the department I needed to speak to was still busy. I gave up at that point. I put the equipment on the front porch and I hope it doesn’t get stolen!

If this is the company I ordered water from then I give them a below a 1 star. they never deliver on time and keep saying the next day and then the next day never comes. their service stinks.

Have had for a few years only had 2 problems which they responded quickly and took care of. It’s much easier to have them deliver than try to lug the bottles from a store

absolute SCAM of a company
absolute SCAM of a company. On multiple occasions, I skipped deliveries and removed products from deliveries, and they were delivered and billed anyways. Customer service won't do anything about it. Invoices also do not reflect what is shown on my credit card statement (~$10-15 discrepancies). STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
Third month in a row deliveries not met!
Third month in a row deliveries have not arrived. The once a month delivery was Wednesday. Wednesday evening I got an email that I would receive delivery on Thursday. Thursday evening I received an email that I would receive delivery on Monday. Why not Friday? Each time I contacted customer service they either lied, made excuses, told me it was on the way, and otherwise were no help at all. I cannot adjust my life to sit home every day waiting for deliveries that DO NOT COME. Seems they can debit my credit card in a timely manner for them but cannot deliver on time. This company is SO BAD.
