They keep going up in price! Horrible service!
They keep going up in price. Also discontinued my water and are changing all bottles the same price. I signed up over 10 years ago and service was great! It has quickly gone downhill! Called a few other water delivery services and found out the water that is now being delivered is nothing more than toilet water quality in a bottle. Beware! This company feels like it is on a sinking ship!
Slime in the water ewwh!
The service was solid until it was…
The service was solid until it was taken over this last year and now it's inconsistent and more expensive. One month they'll deliver after 4 weeks. Another after 6 weeks. Then 3. No rhyme or reason. In addition to the delivery fees they ask that you also tip the delivery driver which seems silly to me.

So many issues
So many issues! They don't give us credits that we are promised. They refuse to cancel our autopay. Their delivery drivers don't come at the scheduled times so we miss them. Awful customer service, don't take care of issues and will hang up on you.

We now have more water than we have…
We now have more water than we have space to store. They dropped off when no one ordered or was here to accept it and we now have 8 empties to find a space to put them in. Just wish the customer service served the customer.
