Addison please kindly call us on our main-line 310-878-1003. This happened because of the way your shipment was rescheduled using the reschedule tool, already after you had been charged. Once you notified us we tried to call you on 1/12, 1/23, 1/24, and again today. All calls go to voicemail. We have also attempted to email and SMS. Please kindly call us so we make sure all of your concerns are resolved :)

I had a very Very concerning experience — medical safety disregardeddisappointing and…

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this company. I was approved for NAD injections despite clearly disclosing medical conditions that should prohibit me from taking this supplement. My health information was either not properly reviewed or not taken seriously.

What worried me most is that the “medical approval” process felt rushed and superficial. I later realized the doctors involved did not appear to have adequate qualifications or provide appropriate medical oversight for this type of treatment. There was no meaningful discussion of risks, contraindications, or personalized assessment.

This left me feeling that my safety was not a priority, and that approvals may be issued automatically rather than based on real medical evaluation.

I would strongly caution others — especially anyone with pre-existing medical conditions — to ask detailed questions and not assume that “approval” means proper medical clearance.

I hope the company improves its screening process and ensures qualified medical professionals are truly reviewing patient histories.

Had a horrible adverse reaction to…

Had a horrible adverse reaction to their NAD nasal spray after the first use and they refused to provide adjustment. Find a company that actually cares about the wellbeing of their customers, instead of just seeing dollars signs!

Update** I’m not upset that the prescription and doctor’s visit wasn’t “free of charge”. I’m upset I’m stuck paying the full charge of $170 for something I cannot use and made me violently ill and not being offered even the slightest compensation for. I really hope the DEA cracks down on these online RX companies as it sounds like there is no oversight or recourse for adverse reactions.

I’ve been with Ready RX for less than a month. I had a issue caused by my own self and ReadyRX has been there to answer my questions and help resolve my issue. I’m waiting on my refill. So far the company has done a great job. The pharmacy also!!
