Responsive and helpful

I purchase NAD+ injections online

I purchase NAD+ injections online. I tried AgelessRx, and VitaStir before finding ReadyRx. Please don't waste your time with the others. This company has excellent customer service, great prices, and fast shipping. I literally received my product 3 days after completing an intake form. I also don't have to wait a day or two for an answer to a question. They respond immediately. Very impressed! Great company!

So far, it seems to be working: giving me more energy.

It was cheaper to order 3 months at a…

It was cheaper to order 3 months at a time so i did. I had a reaction and immediately let them know i wouldnt need the 2 other months. They said it was impossible to give a refund and just sent me the 2 other orders a month later. Terrible customer service its worth it to do your research and go grey market for most of this stuff

I received my first dose of sermorelin…

I received my first dose of sermorelin in late November with a compounding date of Sept 15th. The second batch came on Dec 17th and the new vial had a beyond date of Dec 14th. I haven't seen much changes in my physique and I think its probably because this company is shipping out expired meds to save dollars. They are not shipping recent or to order compounded meds. Not sure how potent or effective this is. Very exepensive for me and I am not willing to continue.

Jesse I'm sorry to hear about your experience. In reviewing your file I don't see that you spoke to anyone from the team to share this feedback upon delivery in December. While we may not see a record of a phone call, we're also not able to see any reference to a email or SMS up until your email just recently today. Our CS and health coach team works 7 days a week, 8AM-5PM PST. The number is listed in your patient dashboard. Had you shared this information we would have ensured you received a reshipment from the pharmacy immediately. We have passed on the information to the pharmacy and you should expect a call from our team tomorrow or monday.

I would give it zero if possible

I would give it zero if possible. They charge you after 3 weeks for the next prescription and even if you cancel prior to them processing the next shipment they still won’t refund or cancel the shipment. I cancelled at least two weeks prior and they still said sorry can’t do it and charged me early. Horrible customer service. Buy your medications elsewhere. This company is complete trash .

I’m truly sorry this experience has been frustrating, and I understand why you feel disappointed.

I would like to provide some clarity around what occurred. As with most subscription programs, replies to automated “no-reply” emails do not initiate account changes or cancellations. On December 19, you were sent a reminder email several days in advance of your scheduled charge. That message included instructions on how members can log in to their account to update billing preferences (which include cancellations if needed). Additionally, our customer service line is listed on the portal, and we're here 80 hours a week for all of our customers.

Our records show that you logged into your account on December 23, after the charge had already been processed, in an attempt to reschedule the already successful charge. At that point, your prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy for compounding. You later logged in again on December 25 to complete an account cancellation, which was six days after the reminder email was sent, providing 4 days to cancel or modify before it's sent to the pharmacy and out of our hands.

We understand that the four-day reminder window may not have felt sufficient, and we genuinely regret any confusion or impression that replying to a reminder email could result in a cancellation. We are constantly working to improve clarity and communication for our members. Once a prescription is transmitted to the pharmacy for compounding, the process cannot be stopped or reversed, and we are unable to request a refund for those medications.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns and are sorry for any frustration this caused.

Expired medication and they won’t replace

Received my first vial ant it was expired already by 10 days. I’ve been trying to get this resolved now for 2 weeks with no luck. Chat responses only and they keep telling me the medication is ok to use.
I don’t feel comfortable injecting expired medication, especially after paying the $1027. I called customer support and was on hold for 30 minutes, finally left a message. Will post update once I have one.

It took a month, but this got resolved, thank you Brandon. Pharmacy has been told to not send expired meds or extended dates to any of their customers and I was sent a replacement. Updated from 1 star to 3

Warning, may receive expired product

I am a new customer my second months prescription expired 5 days after it arrived. It had nearly the same compounding date as the prescription I received in November. I am still waiting for a resolution but this should not ever happen with prescription medication, it clearly indicates a lack of internal controls

The product is the only one that has worked…

The product is the only one that has ever helped me gain weight I’ve tried everything out there I don’t even follow the meal plans because I work so much so eating fried fast food and junk food for the most part I have gained over 10 lbs in a month and my energy level has gone through the roof

The med has More filler than…

The med has More filler than medications the weight loss medication had B12 the medicine was red I was on it for 3 months did not lose 1 lb
And some one from the company reach out to me because of my review so I would not be surprised that all of the good reviews are a result of a spokesperson reaching out to people who have taken the medication and have asked them do do a good review about Readyrx

For clarity, your account was active February through May, your last vial was delivered June 7, and we canceled your subscription on June 20 at your request. The medication dispensed was compounded semaglutide from a licensed pharmacy, prepared with glycine and B12 in the formulation, which can affect the color. Results vary by person and dose; meaningful changes often build over the first few months of steady therapy, with some people responding more slowly. We offered a one-on-one to review your course, and we respect your decision to move on.

ReadyRx Great Communication

ReadyRx has provided great communication about the supplements I am prescribed, when orders are filled/shipped, when my next billing cycle is coming up, etc. I also received a check-up or hello from an actual person, Marvin, who mentioned services ReadyRx provides that I was unaware of. I was able to have a conversation with them and ask any questions/concerns I had as well.
