Extremely disappointed in Real Canvas Farm. The end product I received was hastily made & looked nothing like the picture of my St. Bernard - Beasley that I sent them. The quality of the material they used was very cheap. I wished I had read the reviews posted on Trustpilot before placing my order. I'm hope with PayPal's help I may be able to recover my $$$.

I had my 15 year old mastiff & my 12 year old, 3-legged chihuahua in a photo that I sent. Waited weeks and in the meantime, my mastiff passed. Then the canvas arrived, it was self assembled & cheap material. The dog representing my mastiff was a yellow lab and the 3-legged chihuahua was what looks like a fox. I’d happily give them zero stars if that was possible. I thought the piece would be a memorial to my beloved fur babies; however, it’s just a mockery.

I waited three weeks after losing my dog to cancer. When it arrived I opened it up and the painting looked NOTHING like my dog. My dog was a black mastiff and the painting looks like some kind of terrier really. I paid 65.00 for this. No refunds from this scam sight. Poor quality and like I said, looks nothing like my dog. Shameful. Don't waste your money or time

Doesn’t even look close to the photo I sent them. My horse is a dark bay! The “print” they sent me is of a flaxen maned, paint horse! The halter on “print” horse is wrong. The bottom lip is completely different! It seems they printed a random horse completely and hoped I wouldn’t notice!

Do not order from this site! The products they advertise are not what you will receive. You will be hugely disappointed. Our painting was so bad we threw it away.

Would give zero if I could. Scam site. Never received my picture and haven't received my refund they claimed to have issued. DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY

I received a canvas on a broken frame. There was no evidence of damage to the packaging, so it appears the corner brace broke because it is made of cardboard. The company will not replace the canvas because of expensive shipping costs. They offered a partial refund which has not been received and now they’re claiming I canceled my PayPal payment. I did not, but I will. Do not purchase anything from this company!

Thankfully, they used the picture I sent and did not return clip art; however, the canvas was crooked, the cheap wood they adhered the canvas too was flimsy and there was so much extra adhesive on the wood not covered by the canvas I couldn’t release it from my hand! They didn’t cover the wood with the canvas, it was just thrown together. Very poor quality! I do not recommend especially for the money.

Like so many other reviews I read, if I could give zero stars I would. I was so disappointed with this, because what they advertised looked fabulous. I sent a photo of my cat, who is a Siamese mix, and what I got back was basically a clip art Siamese. Coloring was wrong, eyes were wrong color. If i had wanted a generic Siamese I could have downloaded free clip art myself. Not even the background looked as interesting or well done as the ones in the ads. But the real disgrace is that the canvas frame was coming apart at two corners -- barely hanging on by tiny staples! And the canvas is sagging, so loose that it looks like someone jumped up and down on it.

I realize now that this is one of those scam companies that takes art from other legit companies, and then sends you a cheap knock off. They probably had a stack of the exact same painting that I got, and whenever someone sends in a photo that looks a little Siamese, they pull this canvas.

I should be glad it wasn't more expensive, because I would have payed it. I was so in love with what I saw in the ads, and I STILL want what I saw. Maybe I can track down the legit company they were ripping off and order from them.

The product is poor in quality- I’m told the items are hand made and that’s the reason the canvas is “floppy” and loose. Not the fault of the seller but the postman delivered to an are of my home where it sat in the rain- so between the terrible product and then getting wet - this company would not refund and didn’t offer to “redo”. Said it clearly stated NO REFUNDS in their policy- The picture I selected was abstract and it looks nothing like my dog-
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They get one star only because there is no option to leave zero. If you like disappointment, send me half the money you had planned to spend on this scam and in the long run you will be great full you saved 50%.
The only similarity between the photo of my dog and the “painting” I received is that they are both dogs.

DON’T DO IT!!!! It’s stock they use of dogs. My mutt looked nothing like the picture I sent. I is a huge waste of money.

Just don’t. It’s a great idea but they clearly have generic dog prints they use and maybe at best use a little AI to generate the images from what you send. But you get no proofs to review, and their customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your money. You can probably just upload a photo into an AI generator and get that printed on canvas. I wish I had done that!

Horrible! My dog had 2 right ears and 2 noses in the picture. They will not refund custom orders, so I am out $184

I ordered a canvas for each of my puppies, total of 2. My experience was not great from the beginning and it was not until after I ordered that I realized the company was in China.
I have had to reach out to the company multiple times to explain what variation of the print I wanted as their website reflects a few options for each design. I received confirmation that the canvas's were shipped but I did not receive any proofs prior to shipping to approve or request changes. I was provided with a shipping confirmation over 10 days ago and the status of the shipment has not changed; still reflects "your shipment is waiting to be picked up by carrier". I would not order from this company. It does not seem to be legit or they just have terrible business practices. Had I known prior to completing the order that it was not a US based company, I would not have moved forward. My fault for not doing better due diligence.

The idea is brilliant (pet paintings from photo), but the application is terrible. My nephew’s white Jack Russell dog just died and I wanted to gift him a painting as a memorial. I uploaded multiple photos of his dog & selected a background. What I got was an image of a long-hair white terrier (not even close), however, the background was correct. No quality control or Scam.

I just received the canvas of my dog, and was so disappointed that it did not even look like her. My dog has one blue eye, and one brown eye. The dog in the canvas had two brown eyes. My dog is black, gray, and white. That dog was white, brown and grayso I can’t use it. All they will give me is 30% back since it’s custom but when you give them your money you trust that their custom artwork would looks at least similar to the subject that you sent the picture of totally disappointed, it would not ever recommend them. They don’t stand behind their products, and they’re not accurate

Gives my house's walls a fresh appearance. Though I was first drawn to their artwork, their expert services and excellent products really won me over.

I had one star to be able to write a comment. The Website is gorgeous.The result is totally different ! I ordered 3 huge canvas for my dogs. I do have a loft with very high ceiling, I order big canvas to show my dogs in evidence. My dogs are very old, it was for me the best way to have them close to me when they will cross the rainbow bridge...I received 3 boxes from CHINA I was so scared to open it. It was suppose to come from the US...I saw no Chinese artisans on the Website. It was awful !!! 2 pictures were almost the same when I asked 3 different ones. I did not even recognized them. This is totally stealing people. This is very Chinese copying someone else idea and sell cheap products.This is stealing ! As sad as it can be dont buy on this site. They write themselves the revisions, except one man who is not happy at all like me. Better have a refund on this ! Paypal will run after you.

Don’t waste your money on this one. The website looked great. But their communication and customer service is horrible. We paid for likeness of our dog, it was not satisfactory and expressed that after the preview, but they shipped it anyway. Totally not what we wanted,a waste of money with no recourse.
