I had an empty space in my living room, but found the perfect painting on RealCanvasFarm to fill the void. I now enjoy the wonderful atmosphere it brings every day.

Complete SCAM!!! They don't return emails, and after a month I received an AI cartoon of my pet, which looks nothing like the photo provided. When I asked for a revision, I was told they don't offer such a service even though their website clearly stated otherwise. I'm disputing the charge with my CC as this is most likely a shady business to collect deposits and not deliver on their customer orders.

Don’t even waste your time. It’s a scam.

I have just placed an order with this company. When the order confirmation came through..it was the wrong art style I had ordered. I contacted them 30 seconds after the order confirmation and they said they cannot change it and I will have to order another. BAD BUSINESS. I should have know the when there is no number to contact them. SCAMMED!!!

The company provided a preview a month ago with assured shipping within 7 days along with a tracking number and I haven't heard back despite an inquiry. I'll cancel this order with my credit card.

Proof looked nothing like my dog. I let them know immediately and then they stopped all communications. 19 days later I requested a refund and they responded with an auto reply. I am going thru my cc company. Mary Johnson was the recipient. She did not purchase. Don’t know how to change this.

Just canceled my credit card payment for my order because I can’t get a response from the company, and based on the other reviews left here. What a disappointment.

SCAM. I would give zero stars if I could. Disputed purchase with my credit card company. Hopefully I get some money back.

Do not order from here! It’s a scam and the paintings do not look like your pets. Terrible communication and return policy. Buyer beware!

My order request was completely ignored and when I received a preview of a dog that isn’t even mine they refused to correct the error and offered me a partial refund for their mistake. Hard to even get a response and the response was not helpful and customer service to ensure their customers are getting quality work (with their dogs, not a dog that isn’t even theirs) clearly isn’t a priority.

Total scam, they don't send anything and steal your money.

I agree with all the 1* reviews! I've just called my bank to reverse this charge. Placed order 02.05, and emailed them 3 x, not a response from them! What is even more amazing is "Trustpilot" verifies this website/company as 5*. Now we cannot trust "Trustpilot"!!

This is a scam. Placed order January and paid in full. Never got proof pic. Contacted them multiple times. After many emails they sent me a proof picture. (IT WAS NOT MY DOG!) I replied that it was not my dog and then radio silence. I disputed the charges with my bank

Never received product, no response to emails. Stole my money. Multiple fraud reviews on them!! DO NOT USE!
All positive reviews are done by them!

Ordered a print, uploaded a picture, paid in full. Nothing delivered, no updated order status on the website, no response to my emails into customer service. I get the same vacation out of office auto response.

Will be declining the charge with my credit card company.

I also believe this company is a scam. I ordered 10 days ago have heard nothing. Says you should get a proof in the email within a few days. I emailed to see where it was got no response. Both the Instagram and the Facebook links are not working.

I too fell victim to this scam. They sent me a "proof" of an AI generated generic beagle - not an image of my dog. When I reached out to the reply email,
I got an auto-response that they are on vacation.
Don't make the same mistake I did.

This is a fraudulent company. Ordered, no communication post payment, now my order isn’t even showing up. Do not do business with this individual.

It’s a scam. I only realised after I had already ordered that the pictures they use for advertising had been stolen from another business’ website. Product has never arrived and I don’t expect it will- the email address, business name, domain name and PayPal ID are all completely different. Am currently chasing refund through PayPal.

Scam. Do not buy from this company. Never received proof. When I clicked the link in the order email it was dead. When I followed up got an email from a different email address full of typos. Absolute scam.
