Very good range of products and a reasonably fast delivery time.

I made one payment - my account showed 2 as pending - 1 of which was on paypal repeat. Contacted real foods and their explanation was - this is how it is. I had to identify the second pending payment - contact them to highlight it and then they had to cancel it. I asked whether this would happen again - question ignored. Real Foods this is not good enough - this is how you lose customers.

I placed my first order 448031 for tumeric yesterday, now I am being told it is out of stock. It should have told me this was the case before I placed my order so I could have ordered somewhere else. Very underhand and dishonest.

Have now had an email saying the order has been processed. This morning the website said it was out of stock. Confusing and conflicting information.

I liked what I received which was two squashes and a bulb of garlic but I don’t think the cost of it was worth it when you also include p&p.
The two pumpkins were small ones, a Hungarian blue and Crown Prince and the garlic was the size of the larger type you get in the supermarkets.

Unless it was for something I couldn’t get at a supermarket I don’t think I would get this again

In response, what I ordered I liked and if I needed something specifically special I wouldn’t hesitate to buy as the produce was good quality

Food is very good and the variety or organic produce is excellent, but the delivery schedule is pretty slow, my most recent order took exactly 7 days.

Brilliant range of healthy foods and excellent service.

The service is too slow for me. I ordered on the 28th November and it will be here on 7th December. This item is coming by courier, I would expect that via Royal Mail. I buy everything online and courier service is 3-5 days. I appreciate this is a small company but I buy many items from small companies and sole traders.
I would not normally engage like this, everyone is trying to make a living. I always try to be fair and honest. However. I actually contacted this organisation to ask where the order was as it was taking so long. I had paid for courier service. I was informed Yodel was very busy and behind with deliveries. When the item arrived I opened the package, pulled out the packet of beans and they flew all over the kitchen. There was a huge hole in the eco packaging. They were all over the table and floor. I took pictures of the mess and the huge rip in the packaging. I complained and was given a refund. I would never have added to the original three star review I gave. However, the reply has made me look like I have lied about the length of time of delivery. So here is the full experience I had and have changed the three star to one.

Real Foods sources excellent foods at good prices and dispatches them very quickly, much faster than competitors. Thank you to all of you.

Such a wonderful range of produce. As a child my mum grew spaghetti squash and to see it on offer was just amazing. Also yellow beets and Spartan apples! Really excited. Easy to order and prompt delivery expertly packaged. Thank you so much.

Quick and easy. Well-designed menus are easy to navigate. Also, organic food should be priced reasonably and not imported from China, which is highly recommended.

It would be great to see a chilled food delivery in the future.

their price for pistachio nuts is Double that of their competitors Grapetree and Whole Foods so don't buy from this company.I thought I was getting 1kg bags as their competitors but they delivered 500g for the same price.I asked them to help me but they basically told me tough luck be more carefull in future we don't pricematch

Another order for 25 kg bag of organic jumbo oats. Easy to order, arrived in a few days, well packaged and makes lovely porridge. It takes me several months to eat the whole bag, and it tastes just as good at the end of the bag.

Fantastic range of wholefood and natural household products. We use them regularly for deliveries as we live in a remote place with limited access to these things. It's always well packaged, using cardboard that we can then compost.

Ordering process was very easy and delivery on time. Will definitely order again.

Have been using Realfoods for a few years now. I love the range of items, particularly the organics, the ease of ordering and the quick delivery. I'm particularly keen on the compostable packing they use for many items they sell. Everything is always well packed too. Great independent company to support. Thanks very much.

Excellent service, great products, fast shipping, great communication

First time I've used Real Foods company, a friend recommended the pomegranate juice for quality and value for money. Best quality I've tasted and cheaper than Amazon for 6 x 946mls even with delivery charge!!! Will be ordering again in due course. Ordering was easy and delivery came within 3 days, very acceptable.
