From the initial enquiry Dawn owned and followed the purchase of my Mercedes right to the end. She totally exceeded my expectations, all of them did who i dealt with thank you so much. She even went out of her way and became the perfect host having travelled up from Essex. There was no pressure and she totally let me and my family take my time. Thank you so much

If you want to deal with a company who are NOT transparent in what they are selling to you then these are your people. Full price paid on a car with interior damage to passenger door (not described or stared prior to sale), has been debadged poor which is not depicted in the pictures and only came with ONE car key which was not shared prior to purchase. Customer service clearly didn't care. The company are operating is an unfair and unclear manner

Don't go near them if you want a decent car, they're over priced and the service they offer is beyond a joke. I bought a car from that had faults with the brakes, clutch and steering, the speedometer didn't work either! I spoke to them after they delivered the car and they were very hesitant about repairing the issues, it's almost like they were expecting me to contact them and tried everything they could to avoid fixing and bringing the car upto standard, how it passed its pre sale MOT I'll never know!! In the end i had to go through my finance company to sort it out and decided to hand the car back, they were great however Really Easy made it as complicated as possible to hand the car back and were very abrupt and rude when i spoke to them. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Really quick and great service. Got the car earlier than originally stated. Was a small problem when I got the car but after a quick call it was picked up the next morning, fixed and back by the end of the day.

Michael has been absolutely amazing throughout helping me get finance for a car. Went above and beyond and I can’t be anymore greatful than what I am. Lads where fantastic, Rob made it really easy and dealt with me being unsure and picky about what car to choose, going back and forward to get keys and service history etc, made sure I fully understood everything about the car and the finance, didn't push me into a sale, talked to me about my budget, got me a great deal and I drove away in less than 24 hours
