Is this company connected to easy car credit ltd in Halifax as the after sales are in Newcastle, avoid this company like the plague

My car (purchased a week ago) blew up on its first journey. I have abandoned it 70 miles away and the aftersales will not help (free RAC cover did not provide towing home). It is an absolute joke. I was told there is an RAC warranty but have no details. Aftersales have completely washed their hands of it. No car, no replacement, no help. And the car they gave me £450 for (part exchange), which was gong to be sold 'at a loss' at auction is now being sold for £3,900. Absolutely crooked.

These are very crap people. They handed me a faulty car and it’s 14 day return policy now they are refusing to take it back. Do not put money to these people.

Do not use them! Scammers the lot. They change their nane once they get found out.

Had a really bad credit score due to a rocky past I applied and had no hope tbh but they came straight back to me offering me a tidy amount and asked me to view the cars I went straight to them and honestly got a lovely little car no fuss , battery was flat they changed it and also threw in a free service can’t fault them all … thanks very much guys

I was extremely hesitant reading the bad reviews but to be quite honest… every bad review has its own story. I was dealt with from Rob, and I must say he was absolutely professional. Nothing “cowboy” about him. No pressure what so ever, reassuring and just an all round nice guy. He went out of his way to make sure the car I was purchasing was fit for purpose and I can’t complain to be honest. It came fully valeted, smelt great inside and was pristine to drive. Absolutely no issues with it so far. I would absolutely deal with this company again, I was supplied with two keys, all relevant receipts/service history etc.
I’m over the moon with my fiesta and I really can’t thank these guys enough. My credit is unfortunately shocking however I’ve been given a chance through this company. I’ve been given 3 months warranty which is normal for a dealership. And if anything was to go wrong all I’d need to do is take it back for them to look at. No hassle!!

I work with the NHS and made it very clear I’d need something decent & reliable as I hadn’t exactly had the best luck with cars…. And I believe Rob helped me achieve just that.

Very polite at first. Paid for car fully cash, suppose to have 6 months warrenty. After the first week of buying the vehicle i had problems with the car. Rang multiple times could not get through and when i did promised to call back. Well 2 months and im still waiting for my call backs.Car still not repaired,no warrenty cover and now in the process of taking them to court.Avoid at all cost.Take your money else where and get looked after better then these jokers. Non of them know what there doing, Proper cowboy workers.
