The delivery driver they used didnt put a note through the door. So my flyers havent arrived. It's frustrating now because i have lost 2 days of marketing and i have a deadline.

Don't trust the websites countdown clock
Ordered based on the dispatch countdown clock. I was surprised to then be told that the order would be dispatched 6 days later than the website told me, they then arrived a day later than I was told, we missed the event that these leaflets were for.
Print quality was ok ,but save yourself some time and go to InstantPrint.

I'm sorry to hear that our turnaround times did not match your expectation. As you were informed at the time your order was processed (after the required artwork fixes) the turnaround time for your order was 6 working days + overnight courier for delivery the following working day (the day after you receive your despatch email). I have double-checked and at the time of your order and this information was correctly showing on the website and the brochure countdown clock. Please note different printed products have different turnarounds due to the different processes required to create bespoke printed products.
Please be aware that we can always deliver to event locations, you just need to make us aware of this before your order is despatched.

I found the service polite and…
I found the service polite and professional and the quality of print was very good as was the quick delivery.
I ordered printing with spot uv for high end clients and was very pleased and would recommend this print company to any anybody.
