I would avoid buying anything from this company. Their size charts are not correct based on in/cm, especially for pants, the quality is fine (not worth the price). Dealing with customer service and the complexity of the return policy on top of paying for return shipping to China was an absolute nightmare. Took 3+ months to get a partial refund. Buy at your own risk of multiple months of stress lol.

Shopped over a year ago and they still haven’t shipped all the products out yet. The clothes which were shipped were default and designed wrong. Tried reaching out to their customer service many times but no response still. Scam, overpriced, poor quality.

The jeans I bought did not fit the size guide on the website and additionally I tried to return them and saw no reply to my email so tried again and got blocked by the company so I can no longer send emails. Total scam. Luckily in the UK I should be able to get my money back through my bank but it is still an awful experience.

The worst customer service I think I have ever had in my entire life. 3 months of back and forth on emails, and this company sent only 2 out of 3 items in my order. Their reason was that their products weren't sent by their suppliers and yet, they list it on their website as "in stock". Pathetic. I will be contacting my bank if they do not send out the last of my order.

They don't deliver your items and steal your money. I spent half my monthly wage on their website as a broke high school student who never buys clothes for himself. This has been my worst shopping experience ever. I spoke with a "Gingerlyn" if that's even a real person and she doesn't help AT ALL. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else and don't buy from these scammers.

This company is a a Scam! They do not deliver your items, the “delivery company” is some random cell phone number that you cannot get ahold of, and the company doesn’t respond to emails except with a templated response, and they keep your money.

Terrible quality & really poor return policy. They ask customers to pay for the returns which cost me $200 (more then the items I purchased). The business is a scam. The quality of the goods is extremely cheap and looks like it could rip on first use. Please don't make the same expensive mistake I made.

bought a jacket and denim, the denim is fine, but the jacket is made out of horrible materials obviously because its already ripping, never even wore it. Poor stitching and also waited a long time for this, maybe around 20 days just for two things. Most likely comes straight from the factory, and they are super strict on returns and exchanges.

They deny any returns and the hoodie zippers break the first week, but won’t take that back either. They say they take returns but when you email them, they deny it. Awful awful company and customer service! Idk how they are still in business!

Temu dropshipers. The accessories they sell can all be found on Temu for 1-3 dollars.

*** DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS *** It's almost impossible to do a return and/or exchange your items. Apparently, you have to ship your return by yourself to their location in CHINA!!! There're no options to ship in the States at all. And they will do absolutely nothing to help.

Over 30 days delivery time with very little updates. After reaching out to customer service they just told me they aren't responsible once the package was with the courier company and that I should contact the courier directly. The courier company “iMile” provided no updates, only robotic messages and I'm yet to receive my package. At this stage Im not even sure if I want it or if the goods are actually arriving.

Worst shopping experience. Feels like a scam.

I ordered two pairs of pants. The short of it is that the quality is terrible (nothing like the images) and their sizing is way off. I wear a 38” so ordered the XXL to be safe. By brother who wears a 33” can’t even get into them.
They put this down to “Asian sizing” even though this was not outlined on any product description.
Even if they DID fit. They’re crap. Horrible quality and material.

Then there’s the returns. You have to pay for the return shipping yourself and import taxes. + a 5% fee for the total price value of the pants for their time. Customer service clearly missed these guys too.

Just save yourself the money and hassle and buy somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have spent hours taking pictures of the pants and filling out order return details and trying to reach someone in customer service.

They said the pants has to be in the original packaging which was a plastic bag you have to rip open to get the pants out to try on! They were tiny at the waist and a size L!

Pants sizing is horrible spent over $300 just on 3 pants.Quailty is horrible as well cheap china fabric not worth it and not to mention it’s all from China so when you return it the shipping cost is almost as much as you paid for it!! Save your money and go somewhere else

Do not buy from this store. I purchased nine pairs of pants from Realtakai.com and only received six pairs. When I inquired about the missing items, they promised to send another shipment without explaining the issue. As of now, the remaining items have not been delivered. Their shipping process is inefficient, as sending items separately increases costs unnecessarily.

The main issue, however, is their sizing. I ordered XL pants, which according to their size chart, should fit a waistline between 35 and 38 inches. One of the delivered pants was only 30 inches, while the others were 34 inches, fitting me perfectly. I emailed them with pictures proving the discrepancy, but their response was that the general sizing chart is only a reference and customers should refer to the model's fitting. This is absurd because the other pants fit correctly. The size difference was 4 inches (10.16 cm), far exceeding their stated margin of 1-3 cm. This is inexcusable.

I requested a replacement or refund, and they agreed to a refund but required me to return the item and pay the shipping fee. The shipping cost was nearly the same as the item's price, making the return process unreasonable.

Beware of shopping with Realtakai.com. Their customer service and logistics are poor, and their sizing is inconsistent. Save yourself the trouble and consider other stores before making a purchase.

i ordered my t-shirt about a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped, their shipping time is horrendous.

The brand dosent seem bad I mean it’s pretty affordable and stuff is stylish but I wish they can clarify more on sizing. I believe the measurements are wrong I ordered 2 pants and none of them fit I’m currently contacting support to see if I can get the items exchanged. But the return process seems all over the place.
