Terrible quality jeans, I bought the RT NO. 5143 WIDE STRAIGHT JEANS which I waited over a month to arrive and the first time I put them on the button broke because it was some terrible plastic material. Would not recommend buying from Real Takai to anyone.

Item stated delivered. Never delivered. Contacted customer support; recommended I contact their courier service they provide then re routed back to RT and now in a circle. Instead of rectifying situation it seems RT is more willing to lose clients versus providing solutions so clients come back. Will not recommend and will be providing said review on platforms due to inadequacy and incompetence/lack of customer concern.

I HAD ORDERED JEANS PANT FROM HERE FOR CAD80+. The pants was perfect for my size, waist fit, baggy on the low. But it felt cheaper than it looked, the color was different from the photo shown, the design was a little different too, the zipper used feels really cheap. The side zipper doesn't even work properly.

But the thing is tried it on, and as i sat down to put my socks, the pants tore in the middle. No hard pressure applied, just normally sat down and IT TORE.

When I told them what happened, they said, they cannot replace the product because it was not Real Takai's fault the pants tore. But make it make sense. It is a denim pant. How if it was not loosely stitched would it tear so easily? But the customer service representative does not even read what I tell them.

They said they would give a 20% refund if i cant return it or a full refund minus 5% to return it. And the brand is based on china; so they said, I am responsible for the shipping cost too. So either way i will lose like $30-40 for absolutely so reason. And they don't care about it. I have been talking to them for 4 days now. They reply once a day and don't care.

I had real high hopes. Dont buy their pants. I repeat dont get pants from here.

The jacket is nice tho. Good built but skeptical on the zippers they use. Thank you

Bought three pieces from realtakai within the span of a few months. Quality on clothes is great for the price point and where it’s made. If you’re over 5’10 in height, I would suggest getting the XL size for any of the pants since it’s an Asian brand. Only problem is that shipping just takes awhile (still awaiting pants I ordered in February). Overall good quality and I would probably buy again.

I just got another haul from here totaling 150, great quality once again.w

-Awful shipping management
- Customer support is useless and just spams the same message over and over
- No help
- No number to call
-Staff is takes as long to get back to you like their shipment
-My Package is either still in process according to there “5-10” or shipping according to “5-10” days it’s been over 27 days and I have yet to Receive anything. Horribly run and poor management m.

So I ordered a baseball varsity jk on December 28th. The thing has not even shipped and I’m still waiting Feb 10th almost 2 months. I haven’t received a tracking number too.

Edit:I used a gift card…so from where the money is coming back?

sizing super off, no return label (had to pay $80 cheapest to return), lots of requirements and communication required, and a 5% restocking fee. don't order.

update: I paid $80 to return the package and it was refused at the factory (with the printed shipping label). No refund and lost $80 on returning all of the items. Overall a huge loss.

I ordered before Christmas and still have not got it . It says I did on the 10th I would like a phone number but no number that I can find

-Shipping takes forever.
-They don't list sizings for any garments.
-Quality is bad.
-They make returning difficult and you will need to cover the return fee which in my case $60. Then they take another 5% off you.
-I also only received 2 out of 3 items I ordered.

Stay away from Realtakai.

Very bad service with product explanation, quality and refunds. Got a hoodie that in the explanation came with a pant and it came by itself. The quality was not as expected and I’m not able to get a refund without paying.
In the name says hoodie&sweetpants... that's unfair advertisement. Embarrassing

I ordered "RT NO. 10021 GRAPHIC PULLOVER HOODIE," and it arrived 18 days later. The quality is amazing! The hoodie matches the item photos. The fabric is thick, which makes it a bit heavy, but perfect for cold weather.

I'm 5'4 and the L is a bit too oversized for me. An M would be perfect, but nonetheless, I'm happy with my purchase.

Ordered Gear, Failed to Deliver, told me to pay to have it delivered again and call USPS myself. Had to file a chargeback. Never received anything.

I’m very impressed by the quality of the clothing I purchased for my son.
Definitely Nordstroms / J.Crew quality for a much less expensive price tag.
Received items quickly to US.
I will be shopping here more often!

Sizing is way too vague, so you‘ll most probably end up with ill fitting clothes. Bought two pants from them, both size S. One fit me well and another one doesn‘t fit at all, they have no size chart for each item just a general one. When I wrote them they said the sizing is according to Asian sizes, well guess what? I AM ASIAN, so how can two pants of same size fit so differently?? Best part is, you have to bear the return cost yourself, they also demand for shipment tracking which amounts to nearly 50€ to ship back from Germany to China. I’d suggest you all steer away from this company, the items are not exactly cheap and they make it insanely difficult for customers to return/exchange items, definitely NOT WORTH IT.

The quality of the product is actually very decent and I absolutely like it. I ordered a green hoodie. The shipping came within the expected day but I still find it a little bit late. But overall, customer service was fast and respectful And the product is beautiful and Well made, deserve a solid 4 out of 5

It was a nice bought, i love the shirt, but i have a problem and that be, its so confuse make a buy, because i think that I bought a set completely about shirt and pants, and then i just see that I bought one part, the shirt, its so confuse, i like the shirt, but was a disillusion read about that i have to buy the 2 piece separate.
I’ll be better if you put the 2 things totally separate, because the name of the product is confuse, but I’ll still buying things there i love the shirt

DAREAL50024 FOR 10-30% OFF. I received a hoodie from them with relatively good quality.

Brand sent me the incorrect item, been trying to contact for 2 weeks across email, IG, and TikTok… but no response. Really shocking experience would not recommend to anyone. Item is not what I ordered.

Amazing experience, customer service 2nd to none very quick response time, delivery issues with my parcel got amended. 100% would recommend. Clothes are decent too.
