Great purchase. Takes a few weeks to receive in US but worth the wait. Adjust for sizing- measure what you want to receive and adjust accordingly. Would definitely buy again- No issues.

Bought 2 pieces of jewellery, jeans and outerwear.

First off the jewellery seemed great quality and looks-wise, however I am yet to see its longevity.

Black Jeans are perfect but the pockets are small and tacky - I don’t mind it though.

The outerwear (product no.4097) disappointed me. How it looked on the website looks heavily deceiving in terms of the actual product. Colour is off and the material looks different.

Its also interesting how the website makes it impossible to leave a review and it only shows 4/5 stars

Overall - its a hit or miss but I’m not likely to purchase again especially due to it’s understandable shipping times and price.

The clothes are good quality but the shipping takes too long. I have ordered clothes a month ago and yet still no arrival. I have contacted support and I am currently waiting for a reply. This is the second time in a row in which it has been a month since ordering with no arrival.

I enjoyed the quality of the material and aesthetic look. I feel like realtakai has allowed me to find a new clothing style in which I can dress in nicer clothing but not too formal attire.

Just received my order for a pair of jeans that I purchased. For $60 I really expected better quality from their jeans. Not only does the button and seam feel cheap, they seem to be damaged, the pants have a very flimsy feeling and they lack girth and quality.

Overall, I would say this brand is quite good. Their quality is quite nice but one thing I would like to point out is that their sizing is weird (understandable considering it's an asian company). I'm around 6'1 and I bought a pair of trousers which were 2XL but even with that it could have been a little longer.

However one thing I absolutely hate about this company is their dreadful shipping. Tell me why it takes them like 1 week to process my order and then a further 2 weeks to actually deliver my items. I just received my items today and I placed my order on the 13th December.

If you are considering buying from this company don't worry about the quality because it's actually pretty nice but please take into consideration that their shipping will be LONG and I mean very long.

The item was high quality and came exactly as described on the website. The only reason I did not give 5-stars was because shipping is longer compared to other competitors. However, if you order early enough, this is not a problem. Thank you!

Very disappointed by their customer service! Placed an order over a month ago and it was only partially fulfilled. Sent multiple requests for an update on the remaining items and no response whatsoever!

Ordered a shirt from them that didn’t fit well so I started the return process which was a NIGHTMARE and isn’t even possible. They allow returns but make you jump through impossible and inconsistent instructions listed on their website, and on top of that, they then emailed separate instructions with hidden conditions such as it has to be sent back within 7 days of delivery which was NOT listed on the website. They also make you pay for the return shipping WITH TRACKING required. The cheapest shipping with tracking to their return address in China from the US was almost double the price that the shirt was even worth ($70) and then RealTakai also takes a 5% fee out. Since this is an online store and returns are essentially impossible, make sure you are absolutely sure that you want the item because unless you want to pay more than it’s worth, you won’t be able to return it. I felt like the process was intentionally difficult and ambiguous.
