Purchased a Michael Kors watch (mini parker) the pin came out and could have actually lost the watch. I sent it back fully recorded delivery. They say they never received it. They replaced the watch for the exact same thing to happen. I have tried and tried to message, send emails to try and get this issue dealt with and still waiting for any response. That was well over a month ago!!!!! Extremely poor amd would not use thos company again or recommend to anyone!!!! Disgusting customer service.

In their shipping policy they say for import duties outside EU and they shipped to EU with extra cost 60 euro. Their arrogant reply was sorry for the inconvenience....

I sent an email with a small question why my package hasn't arrived yet,
And I received a quick response and a return of the shipping money.

They do not give refunds! You cannot contact them as all email addresses and numbers are invalid. The contact form on their website does not seem to work either as they have never replied to me.
They have taken £129.00 for a watch i wanted to return (within their 14 day period).
Only use this company if you don't want the option of returning your item! They'll just keep your money and ignore all your requests for a return and refund.

This is the first time I have purchased from RWC, the customer care and service has not been great at all. Looking at the reviews, I'm sure the customer service is great when things run smoothly, but my parcel has gone missing and surprise, they are no help - Poor response from Mike, I informed RWC that my parcel is missing despite a delivered scan, and mike came back with "your parcel was delivered, and DPD do not investigate after 10 days", well if he had bothered to read my email he would know that I have been in contact with DPD who are investigating, as the seller it is RWC's responsibility to get in touch with DPD and investigate where my watch is - I paid for it!!! RATHER THAN ME it should be RWC, but of course they don't want to help. STAY AWAY FROM COMPANIES LIKE THIS WHO DO NOT WANT TO HELP WHEN YOUR GOODS GO MISSING, for them a delivered scan is enough, despite it not being delivered.

I purchased a Gucci watch which is faulty and not fit for purpose. I have tried to contact the company as per returns policy and despite several emails and messages on the website box nobody has bothered to get in contact with me with the required details to organise a return. The number on the website page is not connecting. I suspect I have been scammed and will be reporting the company to trading standards and trying to claim my £600 back from the bank.

Returned faulty watch @ begining of Feb, regular emails back & forward but now emails bouncing back as "email not known" & phone number on Google not working 😥😡

The watch is lovely. I tried it on in store and it was much more expensive, so a genuine saving.

I was really disappointed with my Gucci watch. It was bought as a gift for my mother. After a week it stopped working properly. I had it checked three times before getting it working again.

The watch was to big. Have to pay to have two links removed.

Perfect condition. Came just as shown. Had it for a while and good durability

After getting wet in the rain, the watch (Emporio Armani) steamed up, despite the 5ATM marking. Now it is useless because the dial cannot be seen. Real Watch Company does not want to replace it or refund it, informing me that the warranty does not cover it even though the watch is water resistant.
They sent me the instructions for the watch, according to which the 5ATM marking allows for rain.
Customer service is very disrespectful. They only respond after writing several emails.

The customer service of this company is absolutely excellent, I sent an ema regarding an issue with the delivery (not actually their fault) but they resolved it really fast and got back to me straight away.
Cannot fault the service at all
