Bought a bottom bracket that is well machined, and works great. I also have their bearing removal tools and bearings in my rear hub. All work great. Contacted real world cycling with some questions recently, and they got back to me quickly and were super helpful. Excellent service and products

I had many questions and really needed guidance to properly purchase items. Chris was very responsive, professional and gave me everything I needed with all details. I have not had this amazing experience before. This speaks highly about the company and their employees. I made my purchase immediately. They are my go to shop from this day forward.

Chris was able to supply the parts I needed, actually I search for a while and could not find them anywhere else. I was able to communicate through email and he responded quickly and was able to get me the bearing. Will be my first place to go in the future

I have used RWC at least 3 or more times and the quality of the bearings is great. They last many times longer than the factory. Better seals and more balls. Customer service is first rate too.

I ordered an eight-piece bearing set for my mountain bike on 18 February.
So far everything was fine. Online payment, dispatch with customs worked quickly and without any problems.
On the day of assembly, I realised that two (small) bearings were missing. Very annoying!
But after I complained about the missing parts, RWC responded very quickly and issued a very customer-friendly refund.
All in all, I can highly recommend this online retailer and will order the next replacement bearing set here again.

Excellent product (Shock needle bearings) and Comms. I'm in the UK yet the items still arrived quickly from the U.S. I have used RWC in the past & will do so again in future.

RWC is a top notch company to do business with.
I emailed Chris asking if they by chance had a suspension bearing kit for my particular bike.
