I was impressed by the service at Rearo. Kieran was especially helpful and gave me lots of advice and the answer to all my queries. What a pleasure to have a member of staff who had all the knowledge I needed with a lovely manner!

We're giving our shower room a refresh & wanted wetwall to match what's already in the shower enclosure.
Really easy ordering system.
The only issue was that it took the full 10 working days for us to get the delivery which was a pain as we were good to go apart from wetwall but Ryan did offer an alternative with a quicker delivery if we wanted.

from placing the order to the delivery every thing went without a hitch
and goods arrived on time and undamaged could not fault process .

Ordered a worktop for a customer and asked if it came with edging to be told it did. When it got delivered there was no edging with it and this meant that I had to go and pick something up from them that would let me get the job done.

First time dealing with this company & shall definitely be using again! Product is great quality & staff couldn’t have done enough to support me. They even cut to size for us for ease.
I have passed on many recommendations to friends for their own homes & businesses.

SORTED A SPECIAL REQUEST WITHIN A WEEK AMAZING SERVICE

We brought an island kitchen worktop 900x3000 it was delivered by one driver who asked my wife to help unload , this thing was so heavy it's ridiculous, luckily our Electrician was working so he lifted it with driver , had our kitchen fitted last week, came to unwrap and it was scored both sides , full length, after contacting to complain they stated you have 3 days to check it and washed their hands of it , customer service at its finest !! Horrible attitude

I always buy my Bathroom Wallboards from Rearo. Yes they may be a bit pricey but they are good quality boards and usually have what I want in stock

Exceptional customer service from the sales team in Glasgow. Dealt with a few team members over a few days whilst I made my choices for worktop, flooring and wall panels and they were all extremely helpful!
Special mention for Darryl who is a credit to the company! For such a young man, he was not only knowledgeable, but friendly and polite...rare qualities these days! Will definitely purchase from Rearo in the future.
