Very unprofessional staff and customer service
iPhone 7 battery has gone bad after 10 days of use, the speaker doesn't work and the screen has damage
No one is answering the phone number for customer service

Bought a refurbed iPhone
Bought a refurbed iPhone, looked brand new! Just a tiny scratch on
back, not noticeable. Came with all accessories, but charger felt
cheap. Overall, very satisfied with my buy.

Great experience
To be fair I was a bit worried at the start. Not much reviews in Czech Republic, not much in discussions over internet. Goods coming from Slovenia so I wasn't sure. I ordered Reborn Samsung anyway and seriously was surprised how fast it was delivered. Phone looks like brand new, working perfectly! Only small dent is that I miss Czech language in it because it is phone for a kid but not big deal... All over great experience and Im very happy customer. Definitely recommended. Non-original devices
The vital parts of the phones are non-original, which is clearly evident in their funkcionality.

If someone thinks that instead of the iPhone original oled screen, an ordinary LCD screen is just as good, then something is seriously wrong here. This was a concrete experience. And in the end, such a refurbished phone cost about 100 euros less than the original. So, absolutely too much. If this is acceptable to anyone, just be their guest.

Thank you for your review. Most Reborn devices are shipped with all of its original parts, the device is also factory reset and checked for any issues.
If a device needs a repair or a change of parts, the part is exchanged with an original part, if of course the manufacturer offers original parts. If original parts are not made available from the manufacturer, we change the parts with refurbished original parts or with compatible spare parts, for which we make sure that they are of the same quality and are thoroughly tested. Even in the event that we change the parts with parts of the same quality (but not of the manufacturer), that should absolutely have no effect on the functionallity of the device.
Because of that, we offer all our Reborn customers a 1 year guarantee and a 30 day window, in which you can without hesitation return your device and we issue a full refund.

Long waiting package time
Long waiting package time. I didn't get the colour i ordered, but everything works great ( the color doesn't really matter to me, so i kept the phone). Everything else is great.

Not what I expected
I bought the iphone SE 2020 version and after i crackes my screen and take it to repair shop, they noticed my phone wasnot completely assembled, it misses 6 out of 7 screwes, the protection plasticfor screen wasnot even inside, anyway not what i expected to hear.
Luckly the guys in repairs shop fixed this free of charge. I didn’t take it to gizzmo thou.
Phone is working now but not because of gizzmo.
