ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

I am a very upset customer!

It has nearly been 6 WEEKS and I have still not received a confirmation email that my parcel has left the Royal Mail post office and that my item has been shipped back to the retailer. My tracking number has stopped and my parcel is no where to be found.

Please could someone from ReBOUND contact me.

No QR code provided ...

Having now read the other reviews I see that my issue is a common one....opted for evri 'print in store' return, which I use frequently. I did not receive a QR code in my returns email from rebound. The instructions say use the tracking number to print your label...that doesn't work...something that should be so simple....Hopeless!!
I will now avoid any retailer using this service.

Rebound is Rubbish

I used Rebound to return a hat to Village Hats. I dropped the package at the Post Office on 29th May 2023. On 12th June tracking stated that my package was “in transit to the retailer “. What a terrible service. Why does it take so long? For the same price I could have had the item delivered within 48 hours. Absolutely no benefit to the customer whatsoever and I would not recommend it.
Credit to Village Hats because when I contacted them they refunded me straight away as they could see my hat was in the Rebound system.

Lost my money. Tracking doesn’t even show that I dropped off the parcel.

Made a return with Motel Rocks on 16/05 using Rebound returns and promptly dropped it off at my local Royal Mail post office, along with two other return parcels (which were returned using Royal Mail returns).

The other two returns reached their destination just fine, with tracking updates along the way, and I received full refunds for both. The tracking for my Motel Rocks return however, is none existent - and yes, I used the correct QR code! The latest and only tracking it shows to this day, weeks after dropping the parcel off, is that the label was made and that is all! It doesn’t show that I even dropped it off, which I most certainly did because why would I keep something I don’t like or pay for a returns label and then not send it off??

I emailed Motel Rocks customer services to ask if they have my returns parcel but obviously, the tracking doesn’t even show that I dropped it off and I unfortunately did not ask for a proof of postage receipt (which I shall never do again!!). Understandably, Motel would not issue me a refund but I am beyond frustrated about this entire situation. I shall not be buying from companies that use this option for returns again.

Their website doesn't work

Their website doesn't work. Won't accept the proper order number and zip code as requested. The support people admitted that they couldn't make it work either. So apparently they're aware of it, but allow it to continue. Makes it seem like a roadblock to easy returns. Suspiciously convenient for everyone but the customer, who must suffer further. Avoid if possible!

Missing package no one to contact; LOST MONEY!!!!

I placed a return order last month on the 14th and have received no recent updates on the location of my parcel. It has been over 4 weeks that my parcel is "in transit to retailer" however the location stays the same the message changes. I wish I read the reviews before I filed a return now I am so hesitant to even shop online. I am pretty sure it is illegal for a company to have no customer service to speak to ( I can't even find their contact information), they even state they can't check individual returns and respond to enquires... does this company even exist???! By now a lawsuit should be filed on them for all these missing packages and being unresponsive to their customers.

No QR code in email so could not print return label in store

Registered return of item to Wiggle online but email sent from rebound confirming the return did not contain a QR code, so I could not print a postage label in store. No option to print the label at home. Rubbish service very frustrating. Had to contact Wiggle to try and sort but then second attempt also did not send a QR code to my email. I only completed it by taking a screenshot from the Web page and scanning that! Will not buy from Wiggle again unless they change their return handler. Rebound was rubbish and I paid for the privilege..

Useless, misleading and expensive

I had to return a product and chose the no print return option at a local (ish) store. Apart from the ludicrously expensive return fee of £7 something, the store cannot do the no print option because of wifi issues and have told yodel this on numerous occasions. So I had a wasted trip, had to print my own label; the process is not easy as the website says and when I followed the feedback link on the email from the company I bought the product from it came up with the 'page not found' error, not surprising for a useless rip off service.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. Unfortunately the football club that I support uses this company to deliver club shop products. They charge outrageous postage costs plus a “handling” fee!! When you return something they are supposed to refund your postage but you have to chase this. The link on their returns page takes you to Fantatics which is based in USA and the UK numbers given for customer service are wrong! You cannot ever speak to anyone and the chat bot is (surprise surprise) totally useless. All in all it’s just the worst experience dealing with this company and I shall be making my thoughts known to the powers that be at Aston Villa.

If I had the option of no stars I would…

If I had the option of no stars I would have chosen that. The service is a disgrace, my package is still being "processed" in their hub after 12 days now. Called the retailer - River Island, but they could get no more information than I could. I will not use these again or shop River Island online as this is the Carrier they use for returns.

Don't ever use Rebound for returns!

Shocking service - posted a parcel over 3 weeks ago, on the tracking site it says it is still with the carrier - no way of getting in touch with Rebound - contact form does not work on their website!

Avoid any company that uses ReBound for returns

Another 1* review. I returned a leather jacket to Belstaff because it arrived late. The jacket was delivered to the return address they specified but they claim that they don't have it and that it is still in the post even though I have tracked proof that it was delivered to the address that they specified. Apparently Re-Bound have the jacket and are sitting on it delaying the re-fund of over £1000.
I have spoken to my bank and I will make a charge-back in a few days time if I've not received the re-fund.

Barcode\registration not valid at post office.. Do Not Use this service!

So followed the process, printed the necessary forms but when I got to post office, bar code not valid... so I told the lady I'd rather send it through the postal system itself and had to pay again for the package...
Still awaiting a response from ReBound after having sent 2 emails already, want my money refunded... Now considering the reviews I've read saying returns were lost, I'm glad, I didn't just drop off and go...
So contact form on their site seems just as useless as their returns service.

The Absolute Worst

The retailer I ordered from uses ReBound and I cannot fathom a worse returns service. I dropped off the returned item in late October 2022 and received a confirmation email from the retailer with a "progress status" link, indicating the item was received by ReBound and on its way to the returns hub where it would then be shipped to the retailer. All good. Then in November the status got stuck in the "in transit to retailer" category and it hasn't budged since. Long story short, it's been over three months now and there is no sign of the item anywhere. I've emailed the retailer about this. No response. And there is no evident way to contact ReBound about lost items. I'm down over $200 and I see zero hope for a refund in the near future, if ever. In all my years of online shopping I have NEVER had a carrier simply not deliver an item without accountability. Heed all the 1 star reviews and avoid at all costs.
