Reboxed first came onto my radar a while back when they popped up as a perk on my Honest Mobile account. When I needed a new cable for my work phone they were my first port of call. The website was easy to use, the prices reasonable and the cable arrived fast. I'll definitely be back for phones & accessories when I need them.

Got a refurbished iPhone 14. Item was in pristine condition, as described, and nicely packaged in Reboxed's own packaging. Very happy with the item, and the overall feel/experience. And the company appears to be a nice ethically-minded small UK business.

Great choice of mobiles, able to select exactly what I wanted. Easy website to use with good paymentoptions. Great, prompt delivery, with good communication throughout. Product was brilliant and exactly as described, had no issues since purchase.

It was very easy to choose the phone I wanted on the website. There were plenty of options to choose from and the pricing is reasonable.

very easy. easy to select the iPhone version I wanted, the spec and colour. I used Reboxed because it was flagged by partner site USwitch and I needed to get a both a new phone & a new mobile contract.

This is the first time I've ordered a refurbished phone so I was a little unsure what to expect, bit knowing I could return it I went for it. I ordered a Google Pixel 9pro and it arrived in absolutely pristine condition, not a mark on it (better than expected given the description of possible minor cosmetic issues on the case). So far so good. The phone developed a small fault after a few days. But I contacted Reboxed and they sorted the problem straight away. The return process was pretty straightforward and few days later I receive a replacement, also in pristine condition. Would definitely use Reboxed again in the future. And would definitely go for a refurb again rather than a brand new phone.

I did pose a question to customer service about a device I was interested in, but didn't get a reply until after the weekend & unfortunately someone else purchased it in the mean time.

Very easy to do affordable prices and you can pay with a plan for small amounts each month if you can’t afford an upfront payment. I have had my phone for around 6 months now it works perfect just like new. Good company
