Fabulous company

Fabulous company. I ordered a refurbished iPhone SE2022 sadly the battery dropped drastically quickly but on contacting Reboxed and they sent a return postage label and within a few days I had a replacement which has been fantastic! And a great price. Highly recommend.

Great to deal with

Reboxed were great to deal with. Really efficient and responsive. My quote wasn’t accurate due to some damage, but reboxed told me what it was immediately and I was happy to accept the renewed offer, which was very reasonable. They were also very fast in sending the money over.

Perfect. Worth every penny

I am well happy with the purchase i have made. The phone is immaculate condition and i think it was worth every penny.

Re-boxed- What a great idea

Re-boxed- What a great idea! I have had my new to me phone for a good 6 months now. It's still in perfect working order and looks as new as the day it was made.
The purchase was easy, great value for money and fuss free. Being able to pay for it monthly made it a good option for me.
I don't like waste and certainly didn't need a brand new phone, just one that works. I like feeling like im doing something towards helping the planet last a bit longer too.
I would definitely use this company again if needed and have recommended to family and friends.

I was quite sceptical about this…

I was quite sceptical about this company and was nervous of being scammed but I am extremely pleased with the phone I received it was top quality and the ease of buying it was excellent. I will and are recommending this company.

Offered £200 & then you paid £100

Offered £200 & then you paid £100. I had no choice to accept as you had my phone. I looked over my phone and was happy with its good condition. Not happy with the poor condition reply as kept in case throughout.

Excellent customer service support.

Swift and simple

Getting quiet for trade in was simple and quick. Once had sent phone back the money was swiftly deposited in my bank. Definitely use again if have anything else to trade in

They know they've got you by the short & curlys

I received an email asking me to do an honest review, so honest I will be. I originally was going to go with Mazuma and really wish I had. I was offered £394 pre inspection with reboxed for my iphone which was, in my opinion, in excellent condition. Reboxed had a very different opinion. I should have realised when my daughter and I received emails for the incorrect pre inspection amount. I have to say USwitch, who my daughter and I went through were brilliant and very responsive. They got the errors sorted and our pre inspection offers were back to £394 and £365. After reboxed received our phones, we were sent an email with an adjusted offer. My offer had gone from £394 to £276, and my daughter's offer had also been decreased. The picture they sent of the 'damage' to my phone, which looked like and more than likely was sticky stuff from where I had a protective screen on the phone, it would in no way have been worth the £118 knocked off. If you want them to return your phone, it is only covered for £100, so if the phone got damaged in transit, you would lose even more money. They know customers wouldn't want to risk that and will reluctantly accept their offer. My advice, don't got for a deal that seems too good to be true, beacuse it more than likely is. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews and not sold to the company offering more money. My daughter and I were completely ripped off. I get they have to make a profit, but don't trick people in to thinking they are getting a good and fair deal, when they are actually going to rip you off to line their pockets further. Please, do your research before making a decision.

Saved loads of money!

Saved loads of money by buying a ‘Good’ condition iPhone 14. Apart from one tiny dent in the metal case it’s as good as new and works brilliantly well. It’s the first time I’ve bought a refurbished phone and it definitely won’t be the last.
There was lots of choice on the website and it arrived really quickly. Would very much recommend.

Best value paid in CASH

I decided to sell my iphone 16 as I wanted to get a new samsung flip.
However the iphone was almost new so I didn't want to lose out and was looking for the most high offer. All the most famous chain shop were offering very little and the highest offer were in vouchers form that I could spend just in their shop, which I didn't want because I wanted cash.
Then out of nowhere Reboxed came out from the search engine. They offered me the highest offer in cash therefore I wasted no time to sell to Reboxed. They were very fast to send me a pre-paid box to use. After just a couple of days I receveid the value offered in cash in my bank. No doubt that as soon I decide to change phone I will be using Reboxed again as they pay in cash and keeps me free from tights with big chains and mobile companies:)

Although I was unlucky, still a huge hassle!

I ordered a refurbished, "great condition", iPhone 15 Pro Max from Reboxxed back at the start of December. Lots of payment options and quick shipping. Unfortunately half of my order, a phone case and screen protector, never arrived and after writing an email to their support it took a further 3 days to receive a response and for them to ship out the rest of the order. To make matters worse, mid-February the replacement screen which they had installed in the phone as part of the refurb process "failed" and half of it went black (it was not damaged accidentally), which was not covered by their included TechCheck warranty as anything screen related isn't covered (even if it's not your fault). That cost me a substantial amount to get fixed independently and was a huge hassle. I'm possibly just unlucky, but I have now spent a lot closer to the original price of the phone, and wondering if I should have just bought one new.
