The items were a good price
The items were a good price, delivered very quickly & adequately packed. Thanks.
However, the items do not fit. My local engineering company tried but reported the items were too small.

Great service, poor delivery
5* for price and quality. 2* at best for delivery. It isn't clear that this is an international purchase, or that delivery will take a week or more despite paying 10€ for a small, light item. Delivery date and costs should be clearer. If Amazon can tell you when your parcel will arrive for free, these guys should be able to for 10 euros. UPDATE: Telling me delivery times in response to a review doesn't solve the issue at point of purchase does it? PUT IT CLEARLY ON YOUR WEBSITE 😉

Who said that exceptional customer service! Nowhere near, but appalling. Website nice and promising quick delivery, and was indicated that parts in warehouse. The parts were more expensive than on other online competitor shop, but chose them only because on website was indicated quick delivery of 2 days. I needed parts quick. Place order on Wednesday morning and got parts after 10 days, after week late Friday afternoon. It came from Germany not from Spain. Got message that it takes longer than usual, and I get 3 euro discount for next purchase. What a joke and another marketing trick. Nothing good about this experience, lost time and ruined my plans, by giving false promise and not delivering as advertised. Not going to buy from them again.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Still haven't received my parts. Site lists reputable shipping partners, however they sent my package with zeleris. They lied about trying to deliver multiple times. I've ordered from another website an received it within 5 days. This is my first and last time buying off your garbage company.
