Ordered a replacement antenna for the car.

They shipped me a different product which actually does not fit the car.

First they ignored my complaint for several days. Then they acknowledged sending another item out I didn´t order. Then they asked for a ton of information about the car, and instead of delivering a good after sale service to get me what I ordered and arrange for the return shipping, they tell you that if you want to return the item that you need to pay for return shipping. And they didn´t offer to send me what I ordered to adjust their mistake.

Even send an email to their head office but they didn´t respond so perhaps do not care either.

So, you end up paying a lot on shipping for a product you did not order.

Definitely suggest staying away from this business unless you are happy to waste your time and money.

5 May I get a response from the organisation´s Service Quality Assurance, which so it seems is a direct result of, and perhaps focussed approach to, Trustpilot reviews.

This time they´re reviewing the situation with a little more care. There is a little repetitiveness in input asked which was already send previously, but at least they´re realising the problem isn´t in the order but it´s fulfilment.

The cost of the goods and shipping were reimbursed and received on 20 May, and a voucher applied for future use to the account. They didn´t want the item to be returned as the shipping would cost them more than the stock value of the product. All this of course with the expressed hope I´d provide an improved rating which is a fair ask.

So here goes, the improved review. I´m giving 2 stars as opposed to the previous 1 star. That´s twice as good.

So why not more? Well, whilst I appreciate the Service Quality Assurance team/individual efforts, the fact that it only came after a review on Trustpilot that was negative bothers a little because I used the provided means per the order instructions to raise the matter only to be met silence which was then followed by completely ignorant after sales services before the Service Quality Assurance team connected.

For the apparent trivial stock cost of the item the first responders were happy to take a complete care less type approach. If the after sales team took the considerate approach the Service Quality Assurance team/individual applied I´d be in for business again.

So, verdict for me is that the hassle on this wasn´t worth the purchase and I´m only happy it wasn´t an expensive purchase to start with. Maybe my experience with the Spanish entity/operations isn´t the same for those in other nations. Perhaps I had a first responder that wasn´t happy to do their job, but either way, for me it´s not worth another try if I can avoid it.

I bought an alternator from this company on 3 feb and on 12 march it has stopped working.I tried to send it back for a refund but only get a message telling me that the guarrantee has expired and I couldn't get a refund.However after posting a very negative opinion on trustpilot,the company contacted me and began the refund process.I now have received a refund for the faulty alternator.I must give some praise to their cusomer service department who are extremely efficient,professional and answered all my e mails almost instantly and who kept in contact with me through the whole refund process.So finally I have received my refund after quite a lengthy process,but I'm happy with the outcome.

Perfect products at perfect prices. And excellent speedy delivery service. Very happy and recommend this supplier to anyone without hesitation.
