Can’t get my head around the mixed reviews. Our experience was excellent. Found exactly the wall stones we were looking for and nowhere else in Sheffield seemed to have them. Siam showed us around the site and was very patient while we made our minds up. Bought a bulk bag at a great price. Delivered 2 days later by Brendan who couldn’t have been more helpful - lowered the bag over a high fence and placed in the exact spot we needed to save us having to shift them. Will definitely use again and would recommend.

They quoted and charged me extra for express delivery but cunningly didn't write anything about delivery on the invoice. Didn't send them on express delivery. In fact - quote the courier company 'sent them the cheapest economy service' where they could only deliver to concrete hard standing. The bricks / quantity were okay so best be said no gripes there. They denied that extra was paid even though I have a text confirming and have since ignored all comms.

Bought 2 bulk bags of stone for a garden wall. Gave 5 star review because delivery driver was great. Thanks 👍🏻

Absolutely useless company sent the wrong bricks and didn't have the bricks I ordered to replace these ones had to pay guys to not work , guy in the office was a real xxxx and really couldn't care I would not order if I was you there are far better company's out there brickexpress seem far better

Delivery arrived without prior agreement on timing and site difficulties on an inappropriate vehicle for our build site. However. the driver did a great job on accessing the site and offloading the best he could.

After trawling the internet I eventually decided to get in touch with this company who had exactly the bricks I wanted which I thought were extinct! Quick delivery and the delivery guy was brilliant - he placed the pallets exactly where I wanted them so we could still use the driveway :-). Would definitely use again

Nearly 1k spent and my path is a pile of rubble. All the bricks have crumbled and are falling apart. AVOID THIS COMPANY
