I used the service out of curiosity and found it very good; I found several lost friends. But I stopped using the service and forgot to cancel. It was my fault, but I'm 67 years old. I purchased a search for $2.99 and wasn’t aware it included an automatic subscription. After noticing the unexpected $24.99 charge, I contacted customer service. Joy, the representative was patient, helpful, very polite and resourceful. I was upset about the sudden charge to my bank account that I wasn’t aware of that caused me to have negative balance. Thankfully she reviewed my information, explained to me what could’ve caused the charge but she quickly was able to refund my account. Preventing me from being charged an overdraft fee on my bank account. Having people like her in the company is a great benefit it makes the company seem understanding and helpful. Thank you Joy for all your help.

Loved that the info I received for 2.99 was very reasonable as I would have spent a ripoff at 20 dollars elsewhere. Also the company staff were courteous and quick to cancel the subscription that costs more. They did not give me a hard time and all. This is what customer service should be all about- respectful and responsive.
