Great Customer support

This company at that time helped me with information i needed however I no longer need the Service.I contacted their customer support was fast and efficient.I actually talk to a live person unlike other sites to this day still on a hold status . Ponzi scheme

I cancelled this service on their automated phone line before the 7 day trial was up,yet I was still charged 24.95 anyway.That was refunded.Then this month I was charged 24.95 again.Of course they say it will take 3 to 5 days again to get a refund.
I guess if they do that to enough people they can fund their business using this Ponzi scheme every month!

We offer free reports through a 7-day trial to anyone who signs up, and on our checkout page, we state that customers are purchasing a trial that ends in seven days. It also states that it will automatically enroll into a subscription to be billed monthly for $24.95 if the customer does not cancel during the trial. We provide an Order Summary on the checkout page with a checkbox for the customer to acknowledge they read our Terms of Service and Billing Terms, as well.

We can confirm that your account has already been canceled and refunded the monthly subscription for $24.95 by our support agent. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

When I called to cancel because I couldn't get any information they looked up info themselves, still no information they returned my money. If looking for info call you local county/city library, they can find most of the info for you for free.
